  • Join us at Homestead High, where a vintage 1920s schoolhouse transforms into a paleontologist's dream with our T-Rex Building Project! 🦖✨ Dive into this episode as we meticulously create a massive 30-foot long, 15-foot high T-Rex skeleton using the marvels of 3D printing.
Watch as 8 Ender 3 Pro 3D printers work in unison, around the clock, piecing together over 1200 parts to bring this prehistoric giant to life. It's a synergy of education, DIY craftsmanship, and a touch of schoolhouse charm. From the intricate leg assembly, boasting 40 prints per leg, to the jaw-dropping skull construction, this episode is a must-see for DIY enthusiasts, homesteaders, and science lovers alike.

What settings are you using to get the print to be so porous? It's like extra-vase mode.

Could you please talk more about your Slicer settings in Cura for 3D printing? I's love to hear more about bridging, overhangs, support print times etc.. The parts still look fairly sturdy, even though they have no infill and are so filigree.
Maybe you could also talk a bit about the stuff you are spraying on the parts. Your whole workflow is new to me and I would love to learn more about it.
I am excited to see the finished T-Rex!

Is your place going to be big enough for the finish product? or will you have to make a domed hole in your roof (with special effect lighting and sound of course)!
