    Hi! Great video! You should make a video about triggering, which is the best for different exams( liver, bile duct, kidneys, standart abdomen etc). Have a nice rest of the day!

    Hi Bac, can you tell me if I can do this with 2 larg flex coils on Siemens Magnetom Sempra 1.5T?
    I have tried it and I cant turn on both coils on. I can just turn on half of the other coil..

    • @Nguyen_MRI

      I just went to the settings and made it as breath hold. Then I tried to get the time and keep the snr with two concats.

      @@Nguyen_MRI & any specific reason to go head first? Does it really matter in this case?

    • @Nguyen_MRI
      @Nguyen_MRI  Год назад +2

      @@pradeepuniyals yes two reasons.
      1. Sar calculation would be more correct whenever doing head first. At least from siemens systems.
      2. Using head coil posterior part it’s much easier to position the patient in the middle of the table. If the patient is laying too oblique you might suffer from sat saturation. Using a pillow can also be done but be very careful position the patient in the middle.

    Does MRI detect CKD stage 1 ? My EGFR was 107 , I just had protein and blood in urine once specially after very heavy exercise and alcohol use . The other urine test didn't show protein and blood. Two general practitioners said that I have kidney disease, but eurolojist said it's not kidney disease after checking all the blood and urine test and MRI . I'm confused, do I have kidney disease?
