200 German Army Soldiers in this midst of World War 2 Normandy Invasion D-Day + 3 have to defend a massive trench line inside of a city against 2000 US Army Rangers charging the German Defensive position. This was made using the Men of War Assault Squad 2 Robz Realism Mod battle simulator.

Concerning ammo and stuff .... i was fairly successful trying to employ real life WW2 tactics and dumped ammo crates on strategic spots (quick and covered routes for the troops).
A matter of micro and preparation as are *runners*. These are almost a meta game of its own :D
I set up a few individual soldiers, strip their inventory clean and pack 'em with ammo. And then i let them run and haul ammo to where it's needed.
That way you don't have to shift around squads, being usually exactly the ones that face the most heat. You have to deal with pathfinding and all the little itches and pains that we all know and love mind you.
One should preferably dedicate a selection group to the ammo haulers and keep in mind that they exist and where they were at last time you bossed them around. ^^
And their lifetime increases significantly when you micro the route to the position that needs rearming. Pause the game, shift - click a short chain of move orders (nothing too elaborate, that rarely works as intended) and let the guy do some obstacle course. Also use stances etc.
Generally speaking, it helps a lot to recall some of that good ol' n' reliable ninja stealth techniques training, which - during the 80's - every male teen was legally obliged to have attended to at least once by the age of 12, mainly to be conveyed via VHS through the guidance and wisdom of master teachers such as Michael Dudikoff and Lee van Cleef. XD
EDIT: First and foremost......Puma --> Panther, ffs^^ Also Tiger cannon being an 8,8 cm plus RobZ realism mod equals pretty much all your tanks were deployed waaay to close to the front ;P

I would have pulled my troops across the river from the beginning. Limiting their attack to only 3 choke points would’ve inflicted far more casualties on the enemy

I’ve said this before but shooting the engine (especially with APCR, which has no explosive in the projectile) doesn’t do much unless the engine catches fire, which is far from reliable.
Am I the only one that noticed Daley misplacing a troop right behind a bunker and not inside. And not to mention the random peaceful piano music during the battle lol. The wii mii music was funny too XD.

Hello daily tactics I really enjoy watching your WW2 videos but I would like to make a small suggestion it's better to build up a first line defensive with anti-tank canons & stronger tanks with a good sandbag defense then make the 2nd defensive line alot stronger with a protective area such as buildings etc but remember to lay landmines ASAP on bridge's and areas that are easy access for the enemy to cross. And when purchasing tanks make sure to upgrade there abilities to have heavier armor & stronger fire power and also remember to have enough ammo supplies close by for easy access, because as you know the Enemy will get Stronger in the game, so this way you'll be ready to handle what comes it's always better to build up in the beginning and this way you can build up your pts and have them Ready for the time it's ready to purchase the stronger units when they are needed the most. Other than that I really enjoy watching your content I still play & enjoy playing the "RUSE"game on XBOX i always use the Germans because they have Stronger units & better fire power i know it's a older game but I love playing it you should check it out daily tactics take care.

Hello, great video! Do you think you could make a video/tutorial showing and telling us how to make these types of battles? I am new to MOWAS2 and I want to get past the basic campaigns and I have searched the workshop and found some good missions but I would love to make a battle for myself.

Haha great video I love these games it's like watching some great WW2 Movie, I would have tried scouting around for enemy Vehicles to use for yourself, more than what you do especially when you do not have enough funds for your own Armour, You only need 1 then you can go pillage all the ammo etc from all the other wrecks, that's what I normally do, thanks for the great watch Cheers.

Instead of just leaving a tank thats run out of ammo, go to a dead tank and take the shells from it, to give to the other one's.

somehow we were lucky when the convoi we were to protect was shot up by the americans
