Love the idea behind your build. Makes sense that the minutemen would be traveling on water. Plus I think a playthrough would be nice to see and I think I would enjoy it
A playthrough series would be pretty cool in vanilla but maybe with some mods for quality of life and light stuff to make it unique, would be very entertaining.
It’s always fun seeing these builds because I’ve been a big fan of RangerDave’s Fallout 4 builds for years now. Obviously claiming that one is better than the other is silly and largely pointless, but seeing how you approach what feels realistic to you vs his sensibilities is fascinating
I really like your builds. As for the ships, considering how long humans had ships going, 200 years after the war wed for sure have more than row boats. I imagine fixed up junkers and sail boats mixed with tech, even rowboat type row boats which would work like engines anyway.
I too like vanilla Fo4. I will use lots of mods for clothing, building, and environment, but they are lore friendly and not OP. My favorite part is the settlement building and you have a lot of cool builds.
I get it and totally agree a mix of the broken and fixed makes way more sense. We def wouldnt stay where we ended. We would rebuild as quickly as possible. Love, love u gave the MM a Navy/Coast Guard. Painted portraits show us they did have sailor's. As always I def enjoyed and would love to see what u do with a Vanilla build and play thru. But I do totally understand its hard to play and give commentary, so do it however ur comfortable with. Thanx so much for sharing it with us. Take care, Peace BTW, good thinking on ur boat looks great and looks like a motor/rutter.
Thanks so much, making a port here just made total sense to me. I do have a drive to make a playthrough but i want my content to be engaging for the viewer, so there would be lots of cuts. Think of it as more of a relaxed live commentary highlight reel with explanations and discussion
Exactly, it would be more like how African/Amazon tribes that hadn't seen outsiders for a long time, very quickly adapted to using whatever was introduced to them. Humans adapt and even if we don't have enough power/knowledge to use everything left over, we'd still be able to hodge podge it to industrial revolution for the most part.
It's a great build. I'll put an Oz likeness to it (apologies if you're not from WA. It's the only part of Oz I've ever been to) When you entered the interior courtyard, specially when I saw the stockade, I just thought: crikey! it's Fremantle Prison! XD It's a very good build. Thank you for sharing. :)
Vanilla settlement builds would be great! I love your builds, but gleaning some ideas for my poor xbox would be awesome! Maybe even footage of the actual build?
Nice layout! Really nice use of the snappy house kit(at least I think that is what it is.) I haven't used this one myself in my builds (which I will post one day) but I kinda want to now for those walkways! I personally don't watch play throu vids but do what makes you happy! I mostly watch builds vids. Get some sleep!
I pretty much gave up on this one. Can't figure out how to build on the slightly slanted surfaces in the Lighthouse and that's the key feature in my eyes. If I want some docks, I have 2-3 better choices. If I just want a nice manor, I again have 2-3 better choices. Edit: Place anywhere conflicts with a few other mods I prefer.

You’ve become one of my favorite settlement builders. Keep it going!

Littttttttt I’m hype to see it man I play on my ps4 still and my game can’t handle that at all 🥲
Nice build and video. For sure do a play through.
Thanks, playthrough has started. 2 episodes in :)

Vanilla builds will come, but the next build is a modded build :)

Thank you for your comment and yes, most of this build is snappy house kit
Really nice Settlement. And yeah, why not start a playthrough.
Thank you :) I wanted to stream but my internet is quiet s**t living in Australia. So playthrough is the next best thing
I feel like the minutemen would mainly relay on sails or steam power sence there is very little fusion power left in the world
Well with the contraptions dlc you can build fusion cores, so technically its in infinite supply

Yeah my comments late...
Awesome build, missed the chance to have the USS Constitution docked though.
Nice Build!
Great build. Where do those spotlights that you have on the buildings come from?
Thank You! A mod called SOE.
Nice😀👍🇸🇪
Thanks bigmac :)
Dude what mod are you using? The game has reached a whole new dimension.
Check the description for my video featuring my mod list
Purple smoke from the coffee… someone slipped a sedative in there
LOL
Yeah I'd like a playthrough
Thank you for your input :)
how are you getting all these cool plants/foundations/building kinda just everything
You can see my mod list featured on a video i uploaded
@@kortgaminggg how good of a pc do you need sorry for bothering so much i’m just slow lol
Need for what?
@@kortgaminggg to run fallout 4 mods n everything nicely
It depends on a lot of different factors, i use no graphic mods so the game runs default most of the time.
When’s the playthrough
Bro. How in the actual F. Magnificent
Just mods
Sure I use mods and I enjoy using them a lot more then not using them :)
