Blue Weegie Not any more the original idea was I was trying to come up with a joke for everyone on this list, or anything else I can think of, but I gave up on the concept, and just kept commenting.
One odd thing that stands out is the comment about the Davey Boy Smith's hair. He had long hair for a very short period of time in his career, originally copying his brother-in-law, Brett Hart, and then opting for the braids. When teaming with the Dynamite Kid early in his career he had a standard short cut, and a close cut the rest of his career- including when he was the chosen heel feuding with a babyface Shawn Michaels for the World Heavyweight Championship in the WWF (with Jim Cornette as his manager).
I would like to say Scott Steiner had a really good TNA Run also the second wrestlemania match between Goldberg and Brock Lesnar should have been Goldberg’s final I think he’s far past his prime
I think the Tatanka come back could have been decent if they toned down the dances and headwear and overall cartoony aspects of it. It still could have been the proud Native American gimmick but make him more gritty and realistic similar to the way a lot of guys changed in the Monday night war era.
Fun Fact: Shawn, Taker, and Triple H were not happy with how the Crown Jewel Match turned out. In Taker's words: "It was a train wreck", in Shawn's words: "Oh my goodness. It totally blew" and in Triple H's words: "It couldn't have gone worse".
The British Bulldog I remembered was the one with the braids and England colored attire.. That British Bulldog was excellent! The British Bulldog in Blue Jeans that had the buzz cut didn't feel right and didn't look right..
for the record the Bulldog/Bret Hart match at Summer Slam 1992 was the last match, but not the main event, it was Savage and Warrior that was main event (and no it wasn't a "double" main event either like WM8 was)
In addition to the international stage, the tag-team aspect and the pay packet, the fact that the Undertaker was involved would likely have been a big reason why Michaels came back for one more match.
Despite being my second favorite wrestler as a kid (#1 being Ultimate Warrior) Rowdy Roddy Piper was past his best when he was in WCW against nWo, never mind his WWE comeback years later
Epic fail on Tatanka. If that character came out today, the character would get immense coverage for stereotyping. At the time, he wasn't horrible in the ring and his pop at a rumble got him that comeback. His comeback wasn't bad. His character, in hindsight, one could say is.

I can’t believe I’ve been watching WWF WWE for 38 years. Wow.
I for one enjoy the Legend guys come back anytime. I don't worry about how they move or look! I still enjoy watching Bill Dundee go at 74 years young & Jerry Lawler go at 68 yrs young!!!
However ill-advised Tatanka's comeback was, I appreciated the fact that toward the end they tried to do a completely new gimmick with him instead of simply relying on nostalgia.
Tbh, even if Piper was far away from his golden age, i've still enjoy when he was back, especially his rivality with Jericho. The only one that i would not put on that top tbh ^^
Jericho made Piper look so good in that match.
@@screamrad218 He did the same with Steamboat, Jericho can make anyone look good :D
I don't care what people say: Randy Savage is one of the very greatest characters and performers ever, to have entered the ring!
Man watching Kevin Nash come back in 2011 for the love of wrestling. When so many people only do it for the money.
Blue Weegie Not any more the original idea was I was trying to come up with a joke for everyone on this list, or anything else I can think of, but I gave up on the concept, and just kept commenting.
Alberto Del Rio + Kevin Nash deadly duo together
I loved the British Bulldog. I was so enamored with English stuff. Would always draw the Union Jack flag of the UK haha.
I think Sable's comeback in wwe after leaving once was also bad enough and left a sour taste
Not to mention a fishy smell!
@@alanmartino8727 her thing stinked? Where this rumor come from
@@stephcurrytheg.o.a.the’s just being weird no one has said that
The British Bulldog I remembered was the one with the braids and England colored attire.. That British Bulldog was excellent! The British Bulldog in Blue Jeans that had the buzz cut didn't feel right and didn't look right..
But Steiner was amazing in TNA the first time around...... his most recent run however.....
Hell, i always loved ol' Tuh-tanker!
To quote Dana White: "Cocaine isn't cheap"
for the record the Bulldog/Bret Hart match at Summer Slam 1992 was the last match, but not the main event, it was Savage and Warrior that was main event (and no it wasn't a "double" main event either like WM8 was)
watching this feels bad and makes you sad even if you don't know much about wwe
6:26 that whole segment is funny 🤣 asl "Holler if you hear me 🙉👂" R.I.P Test
Wtf was Animal gonna teach anyone? Don’t sell? Don’t bump? Work stiff?
In addition to the international stage, the tag-team aspect and the pay packet, the fact that the Undertaker was involved would likely have been a big reason why Michaels came back for one more match.
I obviously don't know but I would guess having a 7 figure check offered for one match would be pretty hard to say no to.
Steiner going to WWE wasn’t really a “comeback.” He didn’t take a lot of time between WWE and WCW. He was a victim of injuries and poor booking
Bulldog is one of the most famous wrestlers of all time. Even non-wrestling fans seem to know who he was.
Dont forget kamala in ruthless aggression era

seeing the road warrior hawk wrestle with anyone next to him in paint and shoulder pads works for me. I love RW/LOD
I loved Scott Steiner’s run in WWE
Despite being my second favorite wrestler as a kid (#1 being Ultimate Warrior) Rowdy Roddy Piper was past his best when he was in WCW against nWo, never mind his WWE comeback years later
😔Savage. Loved his early works. But his later years were a tragedy......
Man it sad seeing how much times gone since wrestlers have passed
Epic fail on Tatanka. If that character came out today, the character would get immense coverage for stereotyping. At the time, he wasn't horrible in the ring and his pop at a rumble got him that comeback. His comeback wasn't bad. His character, in hindsight, one could say is.
To be fair, Scott steiner did really well in TNA after his WWE return.
The retirement of the natureboy was one of the most heartbrakeing days in Wrestling history i cryed my ass of in so much tears the not stay in Charakter moments from other wrestlers and so on specially takers brake of charakter shows how hard it wars giving the natureboy a fair respact at his final day and now thinking about it im crying again
"I'm just a sexy Kurt!" Hahaha 😂
"I'll make your ankle hurt."
Scott Steiner had a good run in TNA though so it all worked out.
Absolutely
