I'm sticking with Android because of how many chaotic options there are. Specifically from Unihertz. I'm locking in on those Unihertz Tank phones. They have hilariously high specs for the price.
I’m an Apple user but I never get the newest model. I had a 7 plus for the longest but recently got a X. Not because my phone was broken but because some apps were unusable without iOS 16.
The Apple Watch and their AirTag is far better than any Android option. Some of the Android compatible smartwatches can come close but for tracking devices nothing comes close, Tile and SmartTag2 don't even come close. Hardware wise I think the flagship iPhone and Samsung devices compare quite close to one another, but as a long time Android user the Apple UX just confuses me but I'd imagine it would be the same if IRyS suddenly switched over. I don't get why some people think Android phones are all crap, especially when a lot of people are running around with old iPhones with cracked screens and nearly torn charging cables. I've used Android phones since 2008, always bought them in full and switching them out around every 2 years. All but one of them cost as much or more than whatever the then current iPhone did, especially the 2 Z Folds I had.
After using my Xperia XA1for the last 10 years I decided to buy a new phone so I went to look into details of phones I could afford. I ended up buying Galaxy A55 for 370 euro, it was the best phone I could find for this price and it's great (120Hz screen is nice). iPhones that are less powerful and have a worse screen go for 700 euro minimum where I live. So it's insane to me that people buy them. Not to mention Apple being absolute control freaks but I guess it's better in Europe now since they were forced to relax a little by EU.
I applaud IRyS for holding up her old smartphone for 6 years, she definitely deserves a new one. Although i can't supported Casetify after their fiasco with JRE and DBrand
in my experience androids are decendants of nokia cuz you can drop them from a third floor and they will most likely survive on the other hand you look at an iphone more than 3 seconds and it breaks
I haven't looked into making live2d models in a while. Are iphones still the go-to for Vtubers and facial tracking, or does it not matter what camera you use anymore?
Apple should just pull a sharpie and write the new number on the back of your old phone and charge you $2000 for it. Not only would it serve the same purpose bur Apple users would pay for it...
The year is 2235 humanity is bickering about whether the mind device the quizlorb is better than rival device banitoon. Nobody listens to anyone’s actual arguments or changes their minds but thousands of hours are wasted going on about how one is better than the other.
I always saw iPhones as a status symbol of being rich or something. The price is absurd and you can get something of equal value or less than the price of the latest iPhone. I don't know about iPhones customizations but I can switch things up in my android devices so that it's still in top condition without device deterioration. I played FGO on my old phone for 4 years straight until they enforced some updates that forced me to upgrade. Old phone is now being used by my mother.
Imo even the owning Iphone is status of being rich wouldn't last long if Apple won't change the design in the next 2 years. Those folded phone are much more recognizable as high end phone these day.
The most hilarious fact is that everyone has an iphone. Even store clerks in 3rd world countries has iphones and complains about their debts. I personally am still waiting for a reason to upgrade my Nexus 5. Sure it's on its last leg but I'm pretty sure it can hold on for an extra year or two.
Even as an Iphone user the vast majority of iphone owners I know are pretty poor. Its literally a social status cope. The actual rich people phone from my experience is the samsung side folder, not the flip. Its usually finance sector workers or execs who use it to work
For me, the iPhone 12/13 mini are already a bit big. I don’t want a bigger phone, and that’s all androids with decent functionality. Especially that would be easy to put on my network. Even Apple stoped making phones for my niche: cell phone sized. If I want a tablet, I’d buy a tablet.
this is the biggest problem with phones these days.. and almost everyone i know complains about it, people just want it to fit in on their pocket comfortably. especially people who work physical labour and already have to carry stuff all day. why the hell they dont make them is beyond me..

How is porting stuff from iphone to iphone easier than with android? You just... press a button and it starts the sync process It doesn't get easier than that.
I've always used an Android, and I've never had my screen crack, even dropping it multiple times with no case onto concrete. That one in particular was the Galaxy S5, so it actually had a small metal border around the edge of the screen that protected it. But generally speaking, Androids are more durable than iPhones.

Yeah, we know that new phone is specifically for love and deepspace.
I think the app that v-tubers use is only available on iPhone, not android so that is also a huge deciding factor.
0:59 Actually, Android phones can do that too. XD
My mom and me are Android users while my sister is a Iphone user. I just always stuck with Android since I prefer the design and UI more.
iphone xr? that's released in oct 2018. irys used that phone for at least 5yrs. money well spent IMO.
iPhone is just a way to pay double for the privilege of slurping on dead Steve Jobs cawk
I applaud IRyS for holding up her old smartphone for 6 years, she definitely deserves a new one. Although i can't supported Casetify after their fiasco with JRE and DBrand
Never touch iphone anymore after my iphone suddenly shut down under -10 degrees C climate. So weak...
Hey, finally someone else who’s still using an iPhone XR! I was starting to think I was the only one.
I am too
my sister gave me an Iphone and its been rotting on my computer desk
I like how girls looking on phones by its color
Windows vs Linux🤝IPhone vs Android
in my experience androids are decendants of nokia cuz you can drop them from a third floor and they will most likely survive on the other hand you look at an iphone more than 3 seconds and it breaks
Just get a half decent case and that goes away. I have literally skid my phone across gravel and had nothing happened to it
"i think android is good now.."
NOW?
I haven't looked into making live2d models in a while. Are iphones still the go-to for Vtubers and facial tracking, or does it not matter what camera you use anymore?
you dont have to pay for Angry Birds on android
Different if you from Korea, they are using samsung
Yeah unfortunately Samsung is almost just as bad as Apple in a lot of ways these days
Apple should just pull a sharpie and write the new number on the back of your old phone and charge you $2000 for it. Not only would it serve the same purpose bur Apple users would pay for it...
Her dad is a traitor to all android user 😂😂
Me watching Tv and movies for free on a pirate app on my android
I saw someone describe the difference between them as this.
Iphone, nicer software.
Android, better hardware.
I never get the argument for this.
The year is 2235 humanity is bickering about whether the mind device the quizlorb is better than rival device banitoon. Nobody listens to anyone’s actual arguments or changes their minds but thousands of hours are wasted going on about how one is better than the other.
Why the hell would anyone buy an iPhone, much less admit to it?
I'm team Andriod all day, everyday but Apple's face tracking and biometrics have been much better... hopefully Andriod ups the game this gen.
Irys Ojousama would definitely go for an iphone. It's very out of character for her if she didn't.
@@lo0ser555 Because not enough people bought them. Mac Address has a video specifically talking about why the iPhone Mini was discontinued, it's called "No one buys the best iPhone".
Who needs an eaten apple
How is porting stuff from iphone to iphone easier than with android? You just... press a button and it starts the sync process It doesn't get easier than that.
It's actually pretty weird for a woman to not like the iPhone. So Irys is a normal one.
Honestly, one of the most reasonable iphone user on why they use it.
I mean true and based. Everything even old Nokia is better then IPhone.
I've always used an Android, and I've never had my screen crack, even dropping it multiple times with no case onto concrete. That one in particular was the Galaxy S5, so it actually had a small metal border around the edge of the screen that protected it. But generally speaking, Androids are more durable than iPhones.
on the flip side, my niece would always break her iphone screens and get them replaced. then one time i got her the latest galaxy android instead. she cried and demanded an iphone that had nearly half the specs of the android i gave her. lol
Samsungs are the moden Nokias. Legit indestructible unless you are actively trying to break it. Dropped the thing multiple times onto hard tile and it looks just like the day I bought it.
i saw dozens of people with androids with broken screens
@@IamUzyf I'm not saying they don't break, I'm just saying that they're more durable.
@@TocsTheWanderer that what cases are for, never broke screen on my iphones
