For those curious about the Papers Please issue, the game runs in a pixel perfect resolution, which means if the screen is resized to be one pixel smaller than one of the default resolutions, the whole image will be shrunk until it can be pixel perfect again since there's not enough space anymore. The game requires dragging your mouse near the edge of the screen, so it happens often here. It should be easily fixed if they resize it back.
First and last time I was tricked was around when WOW was released (there weren’t exactly a lot of other places to chat with people at the time, so I was entirely new to internet people) and I was a kid… I asked a question in local chat and got the “alt-F4” super helpful hint. Never again did I fall for that.
