+suprtroopr1028 the nikita was Awesome, the Rocket Arm in MGSV was the precursor. but yeah whne i heard this VR disc had missions with the ninja, i looked at ways to just get to 75% completion to unlock th eninja missions. and then i just played these mission so much that i beat all the game's high scores until all top 3 places were my own times. my third place was better than the game's 1st place. Those missions Fucking Rocked.
That electric guitar or whatever it is, is a whole damn vibe! + that computeristic sound effect at 0:32 as well! 🔥🔥🔥 Such a throwback theme. I miss these days 🥲
I wish Hideo would make a game that is based on Frank Jeagers perspective. Right from the battle in the minefield times to the end of Shadow Moses. It would be brilliant, though it probably wouldn't feel like Metal Gear Solid as we know it.

In the vudeo "MFS VR missions trailer there is a distinct music at the 3:08 mark its the same music as the twin snakes video of "meeting ocelot and ninja " at the 5:13 mark. Can you data mine or rip whoever it is that you do it the full audio from that part of the game . It's a very unique somewhat creepy theme that plays only when the ninja is revealed the the first time on screen . Can you please look into those and get back to me about it ? Or at least tell me how to rip music directly from a gaming disc ?
You should specify the exact video you're referring to... Anyway, PlayStation games can have one of two types of music: prerecorded tracks (similar to the audio CD ones) and in-game-generated tracks (much like MIDI). _Metal Gear Solid_ happens to use the in-game system, so the music can't be extracted. Not at least without knowing how to extract the sound files for the instruments and the music programming, which is really difficult. Or you can record the audio in-game, but you must get to the point where it plays, and usually FX sounds get in the way... You can also search the original soundtracks available, just in case the theme you're looking for it's there.

Its jsut that you said you can rip music right from the game yourself so i was wondering how you would do that, at least for those videos mentioned above. if you had the game

@RefrishX i know right with its crappy controller (which didn't need to be unique and was a standard since n64 until wii had it half right) and obvious copy and paste of mgs2 with mgs1 updated skins and removal of music that made mgs1 beautiful and known with the addition of somehow slowing down the original scenes is suposed to make it "better" and more epic. P.S. i know your bein sarcastic but im atleast ok that some of the cast returned

As a kid, I hated the fact that we pretty much had to play the WHOLE game to get to this part...and only for 3 small missions....
