Dimash's grandmother and grandfather prayed from night to day for him to win the Slavic bazaar. But I think the amount of prayers was much higher than expected because today he is a world famous star and is on his way to become a musical legend😊

Dimash is a walking vocal Wikipedia. He is mission impossible and for some singers his appearance and his abilities becomes real disaster. I'm glad that you appreciate him and teach people how to reach perfection instead of hating the greatest. Thank you. I love this guy and his absolutely incredible voice.

Ken, this analysis is so great. As a half assed musician, I am embarrassed to say that until this video, I had never heard of this man before. I would not have believed that anyone could do vocally what I just heard him do (Not even Kati Cher)! I was actually able to hear that slight of voice trick that you talked about after the second time you replayed it. Of course, this takes nothing away from his massive talent. I have never heard anything like it in my life. Thanks for the breakdown of the performance

Don't know if you know the true story of this song. Its the heartbreaking story of a cable car accident when a father managed to lift his son to safety and then both mother and father fell to their death. The boy was adopted by the kady that wrote this song. Dimash interprets this song masterfully. This is only my meaning....there are many many brilliant singers but for some reason not many can keep me interested for very long. Ive heard Dimash not at his best and it is only human because no one is always at their best...but what sets Dimash apart from any other artist that Ive listened to in my life is his ability to interpret the music and to pour every inch of his beautiful humble and modest soul into each performance.

Dimash is a storyteller who uses his entire arsenal (technique, vocal range, body expression, style ...) as a resource to engage the audience in the story he is presenting! When we put the lyrics together, the story behind it, the feeling that it can awaken, then we understand that everything he does is not for personal exaltation, but to captivate and uplift what he is singing!

Only thing I miss today is the subs at the story that will learn you and the listeners the true story the song is about. It’s about a couple who lifted their son out of a cable car in an accident. They died. The original singer of this song adopted the orphan. When Dimash first heard this Chinese song as a kid he trebled all over his body. He really sings out his longs in this song. So impressive.

Frequently asked questions about how is the tone of voice from the Dimash.
I decided to decide on this issue on my own...
The timbre of Dimash is very specific: it is exclusively tied to the rank and range of its performance. And separately, without seeing him, Dimash is difficult to identify by the color of his voice. But his voice is never colorless. It is absolutely colorful everywhere with all the shades of all kinds of voices and extremely sensual. The Dimash it is necessary to see and to experience his emotions. He is an absolutely extroverted performer. The whole gamut of his feelings is expressed on his face, on his stance, on his plastic. He never performs half-heartedly. He always gives himself entirely to the music and gets an extra charge from the audience, seeing and absorbing its reaction. There is no other singer who is so versatile in the world. It seems that it is inexhaustible in everything... This is purely my impression.

This song is written based on a real event where both parents died to save their son. They hung on until Daybreak during the cable car accident and their last words to the boy is not to give up hope, the morning has broken. The author and original singer of this song adopted the boy. She is now also Dimash's 'Mom' in China. She was so happy to find someone who can sing and relate her songs so well. She also duet with Dimash for her song used in Jackie Chan's Movie 'The Myth'. Go check that song too Ken.

Dimash has voice mastery....but it’s not just the pipes. It’s what you do with them. You can’t duplicate Dimash no matter how much you master your voice. Creative spirit on that level is intrinsically unique but you can amass and hone an arsenol of technique to use for your own creative endeavors. I am grateful he’s brought innovation and quality back to music. Rappers listening to opera!
Ken...I have to say you have a pretty strong voice. Opera singers never used microphone. Vocal projection is a must. Breath control. Classical training in dance or music will give you that solid foundation. Dimash had that and it shows. He says it comes in gńin out of him like a hurricane. But it all stems from who the singer is.

Passione is a must! shows his luxurious rich lower range, his impressive soprano range, his transitions, but also the scenary and musicality of the performance. I like the Dante's Inferno style they went with. It is his strangest but one of the best songs from him yet!
