I noticed that the video is the same with 100 years of pants so maybe that's the reason why they added did their make up video for it not look very similar.

To give you the feel of the eras...if they didn't it would all look the same..how could you tell if it was a different era without the different makeup trends to go with it...just like in everyday life some people match their makeup with their clothes and it has probably been a non stop trend since the beginning of time to do that.
The make up looks were according to each decade and on point. It kind of completed the look imo.

The funny part is that none of these were weird to me because we see all our favorite influencers even some of us wearing stuff like this except for probably the 2000’s. But other than that everything was really cool.
Everyone's so basic these days. Like most teenage girls wear the same exact clothes; crop tops and hoodies. I mean they're pretty cute but it's like everyone's trying to look the same.
In every time period you will look into, people have been dressing the same just to not be left out of the community. Plus, it depends where you live, in a lot of places in the world aka not in North America nor some countries in Europe, you will be look at weirdly if you only wore a crop top and short shorts in public

Ikr I often see groups of girls walking around and they are all wearing the exact same clothes. That's something my friends and me never did bc we wanted to have our own style and express ourselves through our clothes

robin mcgregor okay. They are people's NATURAL hair. Plus great volume! You don't get much of that with flat straight hair. 😊 That's why teasing and hair spray and other products came out.

I think loose solid colored shirts were also popular in 80s. People mostly put shirts in their jeans that were up to the waist
