Do you realize you are using the red transport oil cap? You should have replaced it with the black dipstick that was shipped with the unit. You should refill with 10oz of oil.
NO comparison to an Active throwaway unit. The AR is 100 x better as it is fully rebuildable. The active breaks and you cannot find one replacement part for it.
I could be wrong, but the little window has little > < on the sides... I would ASSUME that its pointing at the fill level, meaning the center of that window.
@HonestlyOCD I was wanting to buy this unit and thought I found a decent deal at 700 dollars new on Amazon.. turns out, there is a difference between the AR630 and the AR630TSS. I was looking at the regular AR630 🤦♂️. The TSS version is over 900 and the TSS HOT version is basically 1k and up lol. So I watched a ton of videos about this unit for nothing. Not sure I want to spend that much. I guess back at looking at videos for the Active 2.0 pressure washer 😅😅😅
In the PDF Manual it states 4. First, on back side of pump sight glass, level should be half way. 5. Second, on dip stick, oil should read between the indentation on the dip stick.
This is straight from the manual: Change oil after the first 50 hours of use. Use a SAE20 or 30 nondetergent oil. After that, change oil every 200 hours, once a year or when it looks milky, more frequently if used in demanding environments. Changing oil is one of the most important and least expensive maintenance items, it will prolong the life of your pressure washer.
I own this unit and sometimes it won't start, it overloads my 4,000 watts generator . I asked for help to Clean Garage and no luck getting their support. Other than that, it's a good machine.
I noticed that there's this little square black piece right next to the pressure turn dial that once or twice I had to move and it turned on when otherwise it wasn't turning on but that hasn't happened since thankfully! I ordered mine through pressure washers direct and they had some great customer service
You need a 20A outlet.. if your 4000w generator only has 15a outlet, that's why it's not working.. also, if you are using a SHARED 20a outlet, or even worse a shared 15a, definitely will have issues...
so far it's been the best setup I've used and that's even compared to the gas powered Honda setup I had lol this is just the perfect balance of noise and power for my application so I've been very happy with it !!
The red plug should be replaced with the dipstick that comes in a bag loose in the box. The dipstick has marks on it so if you don’t have one I would contact the place you bought it and get one. You can also download the manual from AR North Americas website. Thanks for the video great pressure washer. 👌🏻
on the clean garage . com website if you search "AR BLUE CLEAN CRANKCASE OIL" you'll see it :) it's the AR Blue Clean brand also so it would work well with their product

I made same mistake, red cap won't release the pressure. If you lost it ebay has them for $16 and it has dipstick for full line.
Wow so much easier than changing oil on my comet and Kranzle. Great Vid!
when you have to change the presser washer oil when it's bad can you post it on video please i'm new to this...?
I got it used for 200$ it's the best 200$ I've ever spent
Omg from where?!?!?!?!

don't think you can go wrong with either honestly :)
I paid $700 with shipping for the Ar on Clean-Garage

@@Oakcitymedia I paid 850 for the TSS model taxes and shipping included but I got it on AMMO NYC website I wanted the black casing lol
