Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail primary and engine oil change

We only changed the primary and engine oil due to the fact that the gearbox oil did not reach the necessary miles. The tightening torques and oil capacities were sourced from the manual.

Can you put 20w50 engine oil in the primary ?

Depending on the year, yes, you can put 20w50 engine oil in your primary. However, be mindful and use a service manual or an oil selector whenever you are in doubt (Motul or other brands offer great oil selectors)

It's a 2011
