    Pour a water bottle into a glass and drink it, because we can all use more water, and use that clean empty bottle to suction eggs yolk right out, gentlest way I've found to handle them

    I tried it but unfortunately didn't like it much. It tastes like jam lol. I do like the salt cured egg yolks though.

    Honey ain't cheap (eggs not so good either these days 😞), but I digress... Can you reuse the honey for multiple subsequent batches a few times?? Maybe add a little each batch to freshen it up

    Guga did yolk marinated in Soya Sauce and another batch marinated in chilli sauce. can you do your eggs on steak please?

    Say, hypothetically, I forgot to separate the yolks from the whites before adding the honey. Is the recipe salvageable?

      @@angelarts It depends on how you decide to use/ferment them. Technically if using the right techniques they could last up to months but a small mistake can make them only last a few days.

      If you dehydrate it in a oven at its lowest setting for an hour or so, depends really but yes

      Depends on the quality of your eggs I guess, here in the UK you can have the yolks raw quite safely! 🤘

      There is no salmonella inside of the egg first of all. Secondly it will be resistant to most bacteria because of the curing process which just seals parts of the yolk skin with sugar.
