- Did you know you could make Delicious savory soup/stew using Peanut butter? Well, this is a popular delicacy in west Africa and it’s called DOMODA/ MAAFE in The Gambia and Senegal. Ghanaians also have a lighter version and it is so delicious. You can enjoy it over white rice or even with some fufu!

This is called "nkatenkwan" in Ghana. We enjoy it with rice,fufu,yam,rice balls and kokonte😋😋soo delicious
