I made this last night, it was delicious. Thank you so much. Please don’t ever stop what❤ you doing dada, I always share your recipe with so many friends and family members and I always have a call back how good the food was.
My dear, thank you for this wonderful recipe. I suggest that you add some fresh garlic and 2 bay leaves 5 minutes before turning off the heat. That would add a wonderful aroma to the sauce. Love from Indianapolis 💖.
My father is from Gambia but my Mom is from Nebraska and SUPER white. She tries to make domoda and never really succeeds, I think this will help a lot! Thanks!
It looks really delicious. Also great tip on the locus beans, i am going to start using it on my domodas. Minor issue with the audio not syncing with the vidoe though , but all in all great tutorial.
Dada thanks for this amazing video. I have cooked domodaa many times but it's always good to refresh. I'm about to get in the kitchen now and make some domodaa😁😁 Ramadan Mubarak..
Your welcome. I could've send you an invite for the dinner but that's not possible now due to the lockdown. I will send you a plate though by subscribing now.😁👉
40 yo 45 minutes or until the pressure cooker sound comes on then you can turn your stove of and let it cool down before opening the lid. Be very careful wait yillthe button goes down is an indication to let you know it's now safe to open the lid. Every pressure Cooker is different. Read your manual. I hope I answered your question. Thank you for watching.
Hi I am interested in visiting Gambia and would like to start making food from there. I want to try your recipe but have a few questions. First I saw a recipe that added sweet potatoes or pumkin, is that needed or no and how do you cook it to go in it? Next does adding the habenero peppers make it really spicy? If you could please help😁.
Thanks for being here and thank you for watching. Well adding the sweet potatoes and pumpkin is a personal choice. The only thing i know adding in the peanut butter soup that's when it comes to vegetables is carrots. Yes when it comes to spicy you can add it to your own taste. Habanero is very spicy but if add just a little bit to give it a little kick to it that should be fine. If not you can totally leave that out. I hope I've answered your questions. Thanks again
@@monicajones3054 A little piece of it - and I mean a LITTLE piece‼️ will be more than enough. Not even use 1/3 of a teaspoon of it. And adding a slice of pumpkin cut into pieces would actually taste very good. Better than carrot’s (in my opinion!)
I used goat meat. You can use lamb meat, beef. I also already have a video on the same recipe if prefer chicken. Scroll through my videos you will find it. Thank you for watching.
Oh ok we use only goat meat in my house too thanks...yup I’ve already tried your chicken version it was good and I just sent your panket and the domoda guinarr video to some friends....amulor morom keep it up 👍
You shouldn't. Did you use creamy peanut butter and also you should keep mixing it when you added the peanut butter until everything devolved and keep checking on it until the oil comes up. Thanks for watching and thank you for trying my recipe. Let me know.
Always wash my meat. I never cook without washing any. Vegetables, rice, chicken, beef. We wash everything. As Africans that's how we were thought. Thanks for watching
Hi there! What can someone substitute if they only seafood in place of meat? I don’t want to alternate anything, especially if it’s offensive to the culture. I am pescatarian
@@DadasFoodCraveKitchen oh ok because my mum makes it alot and I've just been wondering why so I typed it up and found u I subscribed and like have a good day
I cook my Domoda for hours and use organic peanut butter but don’t get even a fraction of the oil you have in your pan 😞 what am I doing wrong please advise
Sorry to hear that. Once you add the peanut butter in it combined well in the pot and and starts boiling, lower your heat to medium and be patient with it and keep checking on it stir occasionally. The oil will begin to come up. Once come up enough then it's done. Let me know how it turned out for you. Thanks for watching. Appreciate it 🙏
Hi its very nice, thanks but please notice that people are being taught differently. I think you should say frying is optional just because you don't like it some other people will like to fry. But I like how it turned out thanks, that was just an advice.
No reason it's just a preference because i know each tomatoes have its own unique flavor so i decided to do it that way. You can use only one kind, but it's a must use a can of tomato paste. Thanks for watching
