Did you know you could make Delicious savory soup/stew using Peanut butter? Well, this is a popular delicacy in west Africa and it’s called DOMODA/ MAAFE in The Gambia and Senegal. Ghanaians also have a lighter version and it is so delicious. You can enjoy it over white rice or even with some fufu!
