I ran the Wild Enduro’s on my Cotic FS for the last few years, really suit me and where I live (Tweed Valley) so when I bought a Kenevo SL late 2022 I put a pair on this too.
Used 4 sets so far, suits it brilliantly.
Because it’s an SL I’m not sure I need ebike specific tyres but the new Wild’s look interesting.

Great to hear it. Do you remember what compounds you were running on the KSL?

I bought an ewild a couple of weeks ago. The side walls of the tyre were porous and displayed numerous holes bubbling away with some soapy water on them, even with fresh 'Stans' sealent in it. Demonstrating very poor quantity control of construction. emailed Michelin they just said take it back to the shop. Changed it for a Schwalbe which inflated just fine and stays pressurised even without sealant. Depressing that Michelin didnt seem interested , however Merlin Cycles were excellent 👍

I actually experienced the same thing initially when I inflated them to over 35psi when seating the tyres. Have been fine since at sub 35psi pressures. I’ll investigate to see if others have experienced the same issue

@@EMTBPodcast never went past 40psi puttritg on . Air leaking out at 25psi. Went flat overnight with Stans in it.

4 bar is the maximum given rating of the tyre I think (58psi)

Odd, I had no problems with air leak and fresh Stan’s sealant. Been about 3 weeks and no more than typical 2-3 psi I get with Maxxis between weekend rides.

Stans is the Issue, happening very randomly with both Michelin and Pirelli Tyres. Orange Seal corrects the weeping immediately.

First set of tyres on my Levo gen 2 were awful and nearly killed me. Took them off and would need to be given a new set for free before I attempted them again, Now running Conti and amazing

I'm looking for a rear for orbea rise, so the 2,6 is too big, sorry not sure what the other are called ,is the modern 2,4 version strong enough, it reminds me of a maxxis forecaster tred pattern.

@@ceriway380 have a look at the Wild Enduro Rear Racing Line. It’s a 2.4” and that’s what I use one the rear and the 2.6” E-Wild up front. It is the ultimate eBike combo.
