Set your timeline to 1080p and it will dramatically improve. You can either set to 4K before you render or check the “use maximum resolution” on your export tab and it will use the 6K for 4K output even though your timeline is 1080p

I asume that you are editing without using proxies ? The IPP2 pipeline is made for color grading
