I think we’re still sleeping on Blast. He casually was able to dodge anything Garou threw at him while simultaneously protecting the planet. We haven’t seen him in kill mode yet.
We seem to also be sleeping on the fact he managed to connect his fists, before Garou and Saitama connected theres, when they were already going for it before he even considered touching his fists. We're also sleeping on God, considering him making Garou a weak avatar, had to make Saitama grow in power in order to beat him in the end.
That Garou wasn't the one that Saitama dealt with it was a much weaker one. Blast is still 4-5th but he's not being slept on. He also wasn't casual the guy was sweating. Garou at full power would mop the guy up
