Unfortunately you wouldn’t be able to use the Webflow cms but you may be able to utilize a 3rd party cms integration.

I think the webflow cms is kinda bad anyway. They don't have a dedicated mobile app.
I would assume you just create your landing page and other pages in webflow and then have a link to your blog that redirects to say Medium or some other CMS.
That's how I'd do it at least.
Keep me posted if you find a free CMS that also has mobile native app.

Webflow free plan doesnt allow for the full export of the code.

Correct. You’ll need to briefly pay to export but once it’s exported you’re free to host anywhere you’d like
