Honestly think it was a cop that was after her. They seemed to have a lot of knowledge on how to cover their tracks. Plus, they would be in a good position to make the police think she was crazy. Or her ex husband had a woman helping him

I think Cindy was murdered and I think her attacker may have been a woman. The voice-mail received by the ex-husband sounded like it was left by a woman disguising her voice. The fact that she was drugged multiple times, as if the assailant wasn't confident in their ability to take her on in a physical altercation. I'm curious about her friend Agnes, given her proximity to so many of the incidents (the fire, the attack in her backyard, the break-in), the fact that the stalker knew her personal information even after she changed phone numbers, addresses, her name, etc. She was the one who reported her missing. It would have to be someone who was personally very close to Cindy or to the investigation, in order for them to evade the police for so long. This is one of the creepiest stories I've ever heard. I can't imagine how terrified and despondent she must have been if her claims were legitimate and no one was taking her seriously.
I'm surprised they didn't trace the call from the ex-husband's phone and then cross reference where that call came from to where Cindy (and any suspects) had been. We've been phone-tapping and call tracing since at least the 60s, maybe earlier. The tech may not be what it is today, but it was still better than what they used during Watergate. I still think it was her ex-husband who masterminded the whole thing, with Agnes (or another close female friend) as the actual assailant. His close proximity with the police would give him access to investigation details, while Agnes' proximity would, like you said, give them access to her personal information. To cover his tracks, he could have had Agnes call his phone and leave that threatening message to "throw off the scent." At the same time, his expertise in psych tells me he knows how to turn a conversation around, convince others to do things, and even... mislead an investigation. Especially if he is also someone with narcissistic abusive tendencies.
From my short investigation I think it could be the police officer Pat McBride he had all her information, he knew when and were she moved, he also stated he never hears anyone outside or sees any evidence first hand possibly covering up the fact she was telling the truth to investigating police and to top it off Pat has since been charged with sexual assault and received a two year prison sentence. He has even used Cindy’s case as an excuse as to why he has become the predator he is today.
I listen to Mr Ballen nearly everyday..I feel if I don’t listen to him everyday my day is incomplete 😊it’s true really..His stories are quite vivid and my attention is always on him and his stories.He has a very nice voice and I get a big kick out of his arms,my family and I talk with our hands also,can’t talk without..😊❤️Thank you MrBallen..

Why are the victims so often found without shoes? It's such a common thread with these stories and very odd, even when they're found miles from civilisation, so probably not kids taking them.
The only thing I can think of just off the top of my head, is if they were killed somewhere other than were they were found, there shoes may hold trace evidence that would give a clue as to were they were killed, which could lead to the killer

Cindy's story makes me sooo angry! This poor woman was telling the truth the entire time! The police had more than enough evidence to prove this, but they were too lazy and unwilling to help her! No effing way her death was a suicide! These people obviously don't know sh*t about overdoses. Once one takes/injects enough lethal dr*gs, you lose all functionality, no freaking way would she be able to hog tie herself before she went unconscious. And the needle would have 100% definitely been right next to her body. Those lazy and incompetent police should have been charged for negligence in her death!

I’m sure it was Carbon Dioxide that killed them bcz they were not panicked like you would be from simple lack of oxygen , and if it was freezing to death they would have undressed bcz you feel hot oddly very often when you are freezing to death. Such a shame there was no way to pump oxygen into the bell as they worked to save them

I personally knew Cindy and would see her and Agnes every Friday. I admired both woman. I’ve never believed Cindy was responsible . She at the time ran a school for children with Emotional problems and had two psychiatrist on staff. They worked with her daily and I’m sure if anything was mentally wrong with Cindy they would have noticed it.

Dissociative identity doesn’t fit. The “other identity” is usually created to cope with severe trauma. You dissociate from your identity, carry out something that your identity can’t, then forget. It’s a defense mechanism. I’d be surprised if there were any documented cases of one identity seeking to harm the other.
Its technically possible. People with DID self harm all the time and frequently commit suicide. But i do agree i don't think that's what happened here. Pretty sure the boyfriend or another cop was after her
So when you know the basics of flight and in particular the flight procedure for a certain type of air craft flying is not really that complicated, it takes nerve more than anything else at that point and this dude was definitely not lacking in the nerve department. I too think it can be that officer. also, I don’t believe in DID. it’s ridiculous. both will be OD’d as it’s physical and not psychological state, same as death. it’s impossible for one to be intixicated and for the other to stay sober, as it’s impossible for one to die and for another to stay alive. it’s just dumb police. they actually have a cup for IQ and decline anyone who is above the level that’s a little but lower than average. so cops are mostly (with very rare exceptions) dumb, corrupt, lazy and prejudiced, but have a very high self-esteem, due to Dunning-Krueger effect.

Story you've ever told.I have been listening to you for years, and through all the big foot,and mountain climbing and ghost, etc. This was the worst most Horrific tale you have ever told. I personally knew Cindy and would see her and Agnes every Friday. I admired both woman. I’ve never believed Cindy was responsible . She at the time ran a school for children with Emotional problems and had two psychiatrist on staff. They worked with her daily and I’m sure if anything was mentally wrong with Cindy they would have noticed it.

Dissociative identity doesn’t fit. The “other identity” is usually created to cope with severe trauma. You dissociate from your identity, carry out something that your identity can’t, then forget. It’s a defense mechanism. I’d be surprised if there were any documented cases of one identity seeking to harm the other.
Its technically possible. People with DID self harm all the time and frequently commit suicide. But i do agree i don't think that's what happened here. Pretty sure the boyfriend or another cop was after her
So when you know the basics of flight and in particular the flight procedure for a certain type of air craft flying is not really that complicated, it takes nerve more than anything else at that point and this dude was definitely not lacking in the nerve department. also, I don’t believe in DID. it’s ridiculous. both will be OD’d as it’s physical and not psychological state, same as death. it’s impossible for one to be intixicated and for the other to stay sober, as it’s impossible for one to die and for another to stay alive.
it’s just dumb police. they actually have a cup for IQ and decline anyone who is above the level that’s a little but lower than average. so cops are mostly (with very rare exceptions) dumb, corrupt, lazy and prejudiced, but have a very high self-esteem, due to Dunning-Krueger effect.

Two different main cables snapped and every possible thing that could go wrong did. Even if it wasn’t deliberate, that was murder. Company killed two divers to save a buck.
