    kisi ka 4:45 time 1 month pey nahi aahta...genetics pey depend karta hain aur koyi natural hi running main accha reheta toh woh 1 month pey kar leta hain ..par sab nahi
    bhul information mat do 4:45 1600 mtr ka timing koyi baccho ka khel nahi hain kam say kam 6 month ka training jaruri hain

      @@OdiaXavier bhai starting me dhire dhire running karo .15-20 din k baad long suru karo ...deit me only chane mung khajur & dudh ...har 20 din k baad 1600 mtr test rakhne ka ... Or running se jyada exercises pe jyada jor dene ka jisse stemina badhega..❣
