I think pansies are the most underrated flowers. They’re not hard to grow from seed, they can grow in the cold, they keep color. We just love them. I plant seed and buy seedlings. They’re amazing.
I’m a true believer in these little guys. Don’t let their fragile looking flowers fool ya; I planted these last fall and they did their job just fine, but then we had a very frigid winter with tons of snow covering them until early spring. They came back like gangbusters , giving me a showstopper front entrance👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks for showing us a small part of your landscape. I really like the half-moon area that you have done in the concrete. I'm the one who mentioned in a previous video to show your landscape off. I'm glad we got to see a small glimpse of it. Also, thanks for the information on pansies!
My yard will be purple & yellow themed in no time. The big viola pot bought Spring ‘23 has seeded itself in several empty spaces in pots. I love it! But have heard it can take the grass out. Oh well! 😂
Love watching you plant these!! Someone mentioned “deer candy”… but I’ve had good luck with some of the granulated deer-away products this summer! May try for winter too. 🤞🏻
Great video. Do pansys completely die out in the heat or rebloom again in the fall when its gotten cold again? Ice and snow doesn’t phase them a bit. Ty for sharing.
Hey im just getting into gardening and Im just wondering ,what do you do with old soil and the dead plants that you put in your wheelbarrow, do you put it into a compost bin?
I have a little spot in front of my house that I have bird feeders and a bench but I would like to plant some big pots to put on the sides of the bench ... Is there any suggestions of plants to put together that last year round .... I am disabled so I can change out the plants two a year but want something that looks pretty in pots and will last
I like to grow flowers that bloom all year round like Zinnia( skinny ones) I don't like wasting them by pulling out all the time. I had Zinnia blooming all year round and they are beautiful. I see you just threw still healthy and pretty ones away ☹ Nope I use them all except the dead ones of course

Hey Stephanie!
Thanks for tuning in once again. I'll show some updates soon on the shrubs around my home. :)
Great selection of pansies, thanks for your excitement, I’ll try gomphrena (sp) next year
Love them 😊
Pansies and violas are beautiful. We have wild violas here in the early spring, they are very tiny and all color's. G

Pansies and violas are deer candy.
Now I'm definitely sure that you can eat those plants 🌸😋👍
Hey amigo! Which specific Sungro product is that? Thank you!
Just subscribed! 💐 Great & informative but please let us know if featured plants are deer resistant.
Man you ever get up Hwy 10 and Hickory I need you come by help me figure what I need around our new pool!
Will they survive in Zone 10 Central FL? I’m new to gardening and I just cleaned out my Zinnia bed and want something colorful for fall and winter.

Absolutely! Don't let it go to waste if you can help it.

Bra, you crack me up
Nice planting! Are Snapdragons as hardy as Pansies? I prefer them over Pansies or Violas. Thanks, 7B MS
They love cooler weather as well but are not as cold hardy as pansies. I love them too! There blooms are gorgeous!
@@skgreenhouse thanks so much for the quick and informative reply! Pansies it is then.
I looked all over for pansies and couldn't find them anywhere here.
❤
❤❤❤❤❤
My eyes: learned, learned
My hand: shut up
No fall vegetables? It's been trees, shrubs and flowers for the last 3 months. I miss the food episodes. 😢
Thanks for the feedback! Definitely going to do more vegetable gardening videos soon. :)
Oh, that pulling was painful!
Killing healthy beautiful plants. Can’t do it.
