Hey wim I've been doing your method for 2 years and it's been an amazing journey I've been pushing my self to my limit and find every time i can do more than I ever believed I live in Ireland and In 2 weeks I'm going to Scotland to climb ben Nevis in only shorts, I love this and I want to climb Everest someday when I feel I am ready. I don’t want to speak too soon, but since being injected I’m 1991 with some sort of shit when I went to work in Saudi I have had hellish inflammation in my sinuses, old I get the more days I have, now at 55 its an everyday event, I tried everything, I have a strong and healthy dislike for doctors and stay away from them except the only thing that keeps me sane is immagrain, I hate taking pills, so three weeks back I came over a Djokovic interview with Wim and so I try, cold shower everyday, breathing exercises twice a day, I have had much improvement over the last three weeks, I can feel a difference in me. I know out there is a natural magic bullet or at least a few! Thanks, I will report back in a month!
