I think one of my craziest guest stories was when this lady really wanted this key chain but sadly it was damaged and also didn’t have a tag so we could not sell it to her and I kept telling her that... ps it was in stock at the emporium and I let her know that several times. She asked me to call my supervisor to ask if could sell it and they gave me the same answers I had already been telling her, she proceeded to tell me to tell my supervisor thanks for wasting her “Effing” time. The guest that was at the register next to mine looked at the lady and said to her as she walked away “have a magical day” and she yelled at them that they could mind their own business and they replied no I cant. It was such a crazy interaction but honestly the guest that said those things at the end of it all probably made my whole day. Btw this was at the Christmas store, also love these types of videos

Not at Disney, but had customer steal my lipliner tester because we were out of it. Crazy B.
Gotta love coming off a ten hour shift and sitting down with a cup of tea to watch DCP videos 😁

Great guest story’s Brooke , I have respect for people who have to deal with the public. It’s not a easy job at all no matter where you work . You don’t get paid much and have to take crap from people all day . Next time I’m at Disney world I will make sure that my family and myself treat the cast members like people and not a Disney product . Also if my family see you working there we will make sure to say hi 👋 . Great channel keep up the great work 👍🏻🌹

The guy in the first story absolutely did something wrong. Unfortunately, unless the person touches you inappropriately, it won't be considered wrong by law enforcement. However, Disney really should develop a code of conduct. Freedom of speech is one thing, but saying things like that to women and young girls is absolutely dishonoring, and we should not have to put up with it.

Yes I believe it is. Unfortunately at Disney you get a lot of crazy people and sometimes you have to pick your battles.
Agree, spitting is far worse than verbal abuse, I'm glad the manager had them escorted off the ride but to be honest they should have been kicked out the park with no refund.
Assault? Yeah okay..lol
I had a guest the other day get super mad when I told him I needed 50c more for a Smart Water then when i gave him change he told me to "Throw it in the bin" I was so confused I stutered and he then yelled it again, I still don't understand why he was so mad but he was very rude from the start!

Part Of Brookes World ikr!! He watched me throw his money in the Bin. 😂 He was also really disgusted by Dasani water when I asked what water he wanted, like geez it’s actually all the same lol

ohannahmeansfamily lol this is my story and let me tell you it was so CREEPY
The first and the last time I went, i interact with rude workers :( english is not my first language so I was speaking slowly and carefully cause I didn't want to mess up, then I heard them making fun of me
I used to work at DL and not to be debbie downer but pretending to keep a childs hat is mean. If you think about it for a bit, yeh.
no one trusts cast members anymore cause they actually do keep things. Im done watching this. yikes.
If anyone is thinking about working at Game Stop don't because I watched a video this former guy that worked there he explains it's more than just talking about Games behind a counter when working at Game Stop chances are sooner or later you get this boss management which is an asshole pushing you to sell things to customers they might not even want to buy you'll work mad hours I'm sure the pay sucks folks your better off being a customer at that store watch the video for more information about why it's a shit job and my sister use to work at a C V S but she quit because management was a total douchebag she got hollard at for no reason so there you have it but I don't want to discourage anyone go find a job you like something pleasent fun worth doing anything that won't stress you out
