"Slowfox" is a a traditional term for the international style of foxtrot. When we refer to foxtrot on our channel it is the american smooth version of foxtrot which is easier and more common for social dancing. International foxtrot is slower than american style and has a different structure of patterns :)

What is the difference between American Standard Foxtrot & International Foxtrot? (Rise and fall for international?). Also, the foxtrot you show here looks eerily like the Texas 2-step.

I can see why you might say that, but no the American foxtrot and the Texas 2 step have completely different techniques, timing and of course music and patterns.
