I think Sion is more of a new champ rather than a rework. They removed everything, but his W.

They kept 3 aspects of the old sion that made sion.

Beckham Pang sooo they kept changed an ult to be a passive that requires death, kept a passive, and a shield which does a bit of damage if you explode. there is nothing there that screams SION at me there.

Any tank that's intended to both top and jungle is always a victim of meta shifts.

Sion can do any role except ADC, since he can be kited. But *don't* underestimate him.

also sion is also always better as a follow up engager than being the primary engager. his ult is very easy to dodge and any champ with a dash/blink/etc. or even a small movespeed steroid will basicly always dodge his ult. tthe idea of sion being a primary engager is a total joke. sions damage scaling is also insane. when sion has +75 bonus ad he one ult combos the back line 100 - 0 easy. just use a lethality off tank setup and ask to get a solid cc tank in top jg or support.

Look: pink haired Girl with 2 braids like jinx, White dress with some blood stains, a axe in her right hand and a knife in her left hand, a tazer in her belt, huge White boots with heels, a 21 year old Girl look (like sona youth, vayne lenght) and a insane face (like jinx)(character design is based of yuno gasai from mirai nikki).
Movement:
Walk: walks normal with her axe swinging low and her knife upwards.
Run: swings her knife and axe in front her While she runs like she is hunting someone.
Recall: throws her axe at the ground and cleanse her knife.
Fight:
Attack animation: swings her axe to her target.
Critical strike: stabs with her knife.
Dead animation: she drops her axe and knife and falls down.
Taunts:
Taunt: "i got blood on my hands oh wait its yours"
Joke 1: "wanna know how i got my smile?"
Joke 2: "Blood, pain and dead is your fate"

teemo has a fucking dart gun vs a tazer, oh lets make that tazzzer 1 second cooldown at level 1 and make it scale higher up to 2 seconds at level 5? seems legit.

I do like the new Sion in comparison to the original. He could be very powerful, particularly in the late game, if he is well fed and he can reliably land his spells. However, each of them give plenty of oppertunities to get out of the way. It's much more interesting than the "massive murder everything" aura that was his original ultimate.

I wish Sion kept his Arnie personality, that was about 98% of his charm and identity for me.
He still has 2 quotes that reference to his old personality, one quote is doubled where it has an Arnie accent (images.wikia.com/leagueoflegends/images/c/cf/Sion.joke05.ogg), and 'I'll be back' is the other obvious one.

I still dont like how huge his model is. Sure, hes supposed to be a intimidating zombie of fallen champion, but Sion was still just a man.. he has size of Nautilus. Hes bigger than Malphite. I would take it from Dr. Mundos VU cause hes superjuiced freak on steroids, but not here.

The passive has no Cooldown.....yeah, i don't see that being OP at all.
Its like giving kog'maw's passive a cooldown
Ironfists MC kog'maw's passive simply allows you one extra hit to MAYBE kill someone, look at what Sion's does. He becomes a beast for a few seconds.
AzureRoxe It's like bringing ignite, but worse. It usually ensures that your death goes in an even trade, not that you are super op. Only getting to use it when you die makes it balanced.
AzureRoxe sion's passive doesn't have any cc attatched to it and he's melee
if he's alone it really isn't going to be very useful unless the opponent is dumb
His Death Surge part of the passive DOES have a cooldown though.

yes it should. being aware of your surroundings is all about sound. don't trust your eyes. if you're playing without sound you're handicapping yourself with or without this new sion.
