I usually see NA Scats get around 12-14 and hellcats get just over 10 with the less aggressive drivers and down to 7 or 8 if you drive more aggressively. Now that’s every day driving, if you’re driving on a highway you’ll get close to the 20’s which is why i think he probably had the avg reset before the trip and he was just on the highway most of the time. But still impressive for a demon absolutely

@@silverrain99205 pretty simple but since you idiot kids can’t even navigate a google search I’ll explain it as dumb as possible for you, your engine can only suck so much air at full throttle being NA, forced induction not only makes your engine not work as hard below max threshold, but increases efficiency resulting in higher gas mileage due to less throttle input needed because boost pressure assists the engine in sucking air requiring it to not work as hard. Then we can get into the transmission side of it. It’s easier to hold power with boost which results in lower rpms and less downshifts which = higher gas mileage I mean this is near common sense if you know how a engine works of any caliber, please don’t go into the automotive industry.
For everyone who wants better gas mileage: 1) dont be heavy on throttle, at low speeds or city traffic especially 2) if you’re on the highway pick a constant speed and stay at it so RPMs stay low and consistent. For reference, MPG drops off QUICK after 70 mph 3) Drive like a grandpa if you have a cool/fast car lmao
