If you're looking to bring a child you'll want to stay at Barcelo Bavaro Palace and the sofa become daybeds is required. My daughter slept in one when we were last there in 2022. @@SunnySouthVacations OK, thank you. I had noticed some of the resort areas like the lobby and restaurant were open air so I was concerned the rooms might be too. Later I saw videos of rooms in the other part of the resort and there were visible return vents in the ceiling near the ceiling fan. That area of the ceiling wasn't visible in your video so I couldn't tell for sure.

Do these rooms have air conditioning? I never saw an AC unit, vents or thermostat, just a ceiling fan.
