- Barcelo Bavaro Palace is an All Inclusive Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The resort is approximately 30 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport. Taxis, private transfers, and included transportation from your travel agency are all choices for getting from Punta Cana Airport to Barcelo Bavaro Palace. The Barcelo Bavaro Palace has numerous swimming pools, a kid’s water park, a full-service spa, a fitness centre, tennis courts, a golf course, and a choice of restaurants and bars, which can be seen in our video tour. Aside from the on-site amenities, the resort provides a variety of activities and entertainment alternatives, such as water sports, live music, and nightly performances. To keep children entertained, there is also a supervised kids' club.
Overall, we had an excellent stay at the Barcelo Bavaro Palace, which is an outstanding choice for those seeking an amazing All Inclusive resort experience in Punta Cana. The resort is excellent for families with children because it has services for all ages and the beach is shallow in many locations with no strong waves.

Beach 5/5 Stars - Shallow white sand beach, perfect for families with kids.
Reception - 4.5/5 Stars - Little slow with Check Out.
Service - 4.5/5 Stars - Most of the staff worked hard to help with our needs.
Buffet - 4/5 Stars - The food was tasty and plentiful, however some of the staff must pay more attention to the guests needs.
Restaurants - 4.5/5 Stars - La Fuente was our favorite. Book your restaurants as soon as you arrive.
Rooms - 4.5/5 Stars - We stayed in Oceanfront Junior Suite and love it.
Sleep Quality - 5/5 Stars - To replace the bed linens, simply place them on the floor; otherwise, they will not be changed.
Cleanliness - 4.5/5 Stars

Great video...Maybe planning next April to go to Barcelo Punta Cana. Christmas and New Years at Barcelo Mexico this year and we love it there.

We also spent the winter holidays at the Barcelo Maya Grand and had a fantastic experience. Such a fantastic resort with everything, activities, enormous pools, and beautiful beaches- ideal for both families and adults!

We had an enjoyable stay here; the resort is nice and gorgeous, however they need additional people at the reception desk for check-in and check-out.
Our stay was also great; there were no problems with check-in, but check-out was slightly slow, and they need more staff.

Amazing resort with great people. We stayed here last year and had a great time. Our kids loved the beach, and the pools were fantastic. The resort is huge and full with activities, making it ideal for families with kids.

We stayed with a group of six adults and four children for two weeks. Everything was wonderful, and the staff did an outstanding job. Our children enjoyed the beach and pool, which allowed us also to relax:). We will surely return.

Was $10 a day when we stayed there.
Will be visiting this September, which building did you stay in and would you recommend it?
It all depends on which part of the hotel you booked and, of course, your preferences. We stayed in Building 2, which was near the beach but a little away from the pools and lobby, which was OK with us because we spent most of our time on the beach and didn't mind walking. Enjoy your vacation!
How many specialty restaurants are there? Is it a hassle to make reservations? Can you make reservations for the entire stay at one time or do you have to reserve every day? Thanks for your help.
If I recall correctly, there are about ten restaurants, and you can book three at a time per one week stay - subject to availability. You can reserve it through the concierge desk. In our case, the desk was located between buildings 2 and 3, and booking was straightforward.

Did you eat at the golf course restaurant? I heard it’s not very busy because mostly people playing golf go there
Don't know about this. We had all our reservations made by the concierge.
