However, you can travel as a passenger in a plane as soon as San Fierro unlocks (after The Green Sabre) Fun Fact: When travelling from one city to another as a passenger, if you look closely, you'll see that CJ is actually flying the plane. So, technically you can't fly as a passenger
It is unlocked since the beginning of the game. I brought the mullholand safehouse and tried to steal it and store it on the roof at the beginning of the game. It was unlocked, but the police and swat blasted the helicopter :( After many tries, I brought it to mullholand, but then realised it was longer than the roof :(((( Well whatever, have a nice day!
Theory : Actually it was all in CJ's head he heard his mother died and went unconscious and all of this was just his dream , that's y most of the peds looks same , even cars too , people just keep walking and driving around for no reason coz CJ doesn't know what they do....only things like hotdogs sellers , brber, gun shops , police and ambulance is all he knows coz he knew and went to the places before he left los santos ,getting ripped in less than a week , getting Multiple girlfrnds, not dying coz our brain doesn't know what happens when we die so that's y CJ always ends up in outside the hospital and not inside coz he can't remember how the hospital looked from inside .and we/he can't enter most of the building because cj doesn't know , coz he has never went there , and all this myth and legends were stories he heard in his childhood ....... Ik it Sounds pretty lame lol😂

Once you get the 'you've abused your girlfriend, the date is over' message, they turn into regular pedestrians who keep fleeing forever. I tried to follow Denise once this way to see how far she goes. I followed her all the way around Ganton, Willowfield and East Beach before running out of curiosity.
