Good, fuck them they tried to buy Papa Yam like he was some sell out propaganda bullshitter but Papa ain't no Chinesecompany's bitch and I respect him for that, as I am sure other's do too.
I got my 2003 rebel 250 3 months ago as my first bike ever. I paid $1500 for it and it’s been great as a learner bike for sure. I drive it about 30 miles each day and it’s fun, not the fastest but I don’t need to got more than 60mph so it’s perfect. I’m gonna keep it for this riding season and might get a bigger one next year. I love my rebel so far 🙌🏽👌🏽
Oh they are so easy to work on! I’ve done multiple services on it and I had never work on a bike before only car. For the first time in my life I’ve finally learned how to rebuild a carburetor and it was a good experience and bike runs even better now!
The vales are EASY af on this bike too, or any other 250cc old-style cruiser for that matter. Literally just a couple more steps compared to doing the adjustments on a chinese 50cc moped. Loved my Rebel, it was much easier to maintain than my Ninja 250R. Though that fucker was so much more fun to ride, but the valves were hard af and required taking the bike completely apart.
I,m pushing 70 been riding almost that long an seriously thinking of a rebel for a basket trip , speeding around is behind me , the rebel is lite with a short seat height , i'm six foot i can sit on it an hold my hand down an touch the ground , if it falls over i'm already on the ground before it even fell over , good fuel millage and steel frame can weld anything you want for racks an stuff , if it breaks down call the local lawnmower place where ever you are tell them to fix it an get a cheap room with whisky an google a happy ending to help you drink it , i'm calling that bike a win for the older man wants to travel an never get a speeding ticket 🙂
Generally the people who are going to tell you something like a Rebel "rides bad" are so engrossed in their own motorcycle or style of motorcycle they can't comprehend the value of a motorcycle outside of their style. Such as sport bike only people will never grasp the value of a cruiser and just always think it is a slow tractor of a bike and terrible. Those same people tell you that standard bikes are bad as well when the very bar for the value of all motorcycles is the standard motorcycle. So I really appreciate your input on a bike like the Rebel 250. I think it shows alot more experience across the multitude of styles of motorcycles.
The Rebel 250 was one of my first bikes. I never sold even though I rarely ride it anymore. It's cheap backup transportation that consistently gets 75mpg.
i did, i bought a 2012 rebel 250. Not a scratch. Absolutely perfect. I will learn to ride it then sell it and ride the absolutely perfect 2012 dyna wide glide i got in my garage. Rode the Harley once. I'm 250 pounds and 5 ft 11. and with no skills could not handle it. Took you advise and got the 250 the next day. A MUCH happier camper.
I was glad to see the Rebel 250 make a comeback. It ain't much, but it ain't a Chinese bastardization of someone else's work. It did get a pretty harsh review for what it is. You can pretty much evaluate the bike in a glance. I bought an '85 Rebel while in college. I somehow had the $600 on hand. Tried to teach a few friends to ride it. My roommate Earl brought it back and laid it over on the ground just like a kid would a BMX bike at the ball park. It was in gear and running. Facepalm. My friend Tim got whiskey throttle and rode it into the side of an appartment complex. Always the bike was running. They are tanks. I have an adult friend who wants to learn to ride and I'm not suggesting any 250cc bikes. I think a "mature" but new rider needs a bike that can at least throttle out of trouble a little. You want something that excites you a little to ride. Something like an old ninja 500. Maybe an older Japanese inline 4 or v twin cruiser in the 600cc range. I got blown around on roads a few times by Semi trucks on the Rebel. I mostly used it to park by the bike racks at UA. It was nice for casual rides on county roads. I liked to do power slides on dirt roads and feel the rear step out. It was easily controllable. The bike will forgive you if you are an absolute hooligan. It just doesn't have enough power to really hurt you. I bet the interior parts of the Boomer engine look like cheap HF parts too compared to the Honda. Really, Honda could have just increased the displacement 100ccs and it would have been 3x better. Everything else was a bit overbuilt for the engine. I didn't like the chrome battery box at first, but I grew to love it. I thought it made it look more like a Harley moped. I couldn't have one without swapping to the chrome battery box.
With a 28t rear sprocket, ive gotten my Nighthawk 250 the rebs cousin well over 80mph with rpms to spare! Its the cam and the gearing that has the reb 250 perform like a cement truck. Swap the sprockets and have a regrind done to get the cam a bit hotter, and the bike will start feeling like a 250 properly should.
One thing I've noticed since living here in the states,...is that yes,.. until recently the cost of living has always been way better than back home in New Zealand. You know growing up in the 70's New Zealand,... things were generally tough. None of my mates had the type of toys you guys have had here. We just couldn't afford it. So when we were lucky enough to get,.. say a motorcycle,..it was something we found at the dump and then had to somehow rebuild it without the availability of any parts, and would have to make them...which we saw as amazing ! So we learnt to look at things solely from a workhorse point of view. A Honda rebel 250 was never seen as a toy for the weekend and would do until I passed my test. It was often the only transport one could afford and therefore seen as a necessity. So it wouldn't hurt to keep in mind that, oh yes,..America might be the greatest country on earth, but most of the world's population doesn't live in America !
I'm literally looking at this exact model Rebel 250 for my first bike, thank you for this video! :) I really want a Rebel 500 but I might start out with this 250 just to throw around for a year or 2 while I save for the 500!
Theyre very capable bikes theres no doubt. Not fast but that is a nimble unit. Theres a reason they had people who never rode motorcycles before and in only about a day they are doing 360 and 180s in the space of about two parking spaces and they do it on these things. My msf was on some old 150 and half the class was these rebels also and its wild how harcore of an emergency swerve you can do on these things
18" Front Wheel & 15" Rear wheel, the Rebel borrowed the original Big Wheel Design and that's why this lil bike is so flickable with outstanding front wheel tracking. My 2015 Rubidium Red, Honda Rebel is a beauty and sports more chrome & candy Red paint than the 'modern' bikes. It's a keeper and i bet will be collectible and hold its value because its a Honda.
Love this. Can't wait to see the "Finale" of the Chinese bike saga. I completely agree that SOME people go way too hard on the classic small displacement bikes. They really do have their purpose... but that purpose was never meant to be carting a giant yeti of a human down a Texas highway at 80mph. (I don't mean you, Yam... just that average Americans do tend to be large). Dollar for dollar though you can't beat a used Japanese small displacement bike... you are riding a decent motorcycle from a reputable manufacturer in 2023 for about 2 or 3 grand.... we live in peak beginner bike time.
Before watching this video, I'm so interested in this test, because I just picked up a 2000 Suzuki Marauder 250, and while it is hilariously slow, I think it beats the tests you put the BD250 through in your video a couple weeks ago XD
I spent $400 on my 2001 rebel. It was running just fine, but I replaced some parts just in case. I'm into it about $1,500 and about $500 of that is cosmetic.
Putting a steel braided brake line for the front would really increase the feel. The Honda Rebel was built to last. What do you think about seat comfort on the Rebel 250? Thank you.
Don't ever sleep on the 250 Rebel. It's a beautiful classically styled motorcycle that will last longer than you! If you're looking for a budget commuter bike, this is it.
I'm surprised by the slow 0-60 time on both these bikes! I own a modest 2012 CBR250R and even with it's single cylinder engine and alledged 25 HP (doubt it) it does 0-60 in about 8 seconds. I guess that could be down to the gearbox, mine's a 6 speed and I imagine it's got closer ratios than the Rebel and the Chinese deathtrap. It also tops out at around 95 MPH but that's aero related for sure.
Have you verified those numbers with GPS? If the speedometer claims 95, it's probably optimistic by several miles per hour. To be fair you're comparing apples against oranges; a liquid-cooled modern design against an air-cooled motor and transmission designed almost 40 years ago.
I love my 17 rebel 300….. first bike and after about 10k miles I’m looking to upgrade to an mt07 or 9. But I’ll always give props to Honda for popping my cherry in such a loving and caring way.
I've got a rebel I'm selling that's got 146 miles on it my wife got it new old stock and we just use it to introduce new riders it's got perfect paint and no miles I'm trying to get 1500 and every body here in Texas is like psshhhh 200 bucks and it's almost excellent condition it gets it's oil changed and services just doesn't get rode much lol
I learned to ride on a 2001 Rebel 250. Once I moved on to another, more powerful bike, it was a 1982 KZ750-LTD. I was so happy at how much better the dinosaur KZ was than the Rebel. But I kept the Rebel because it's still a really good bike. For what it is, it does what it's supposed to and it does it well. It's been 10 years. I still have that little Rebel. I no longer have the KZ750. I have a few KZ1000s from 1988, 1989, and 2002, and a 1983 KZ1100 now. They all run super reliably after I restored them. But you know what? The Rebel 250 blew a valve from running an open exhaust for 6 years because the exhaust stud broke, and I'm replacing its cylinder head as soon as the weather is warm enough for me to work on it. Already have the replacement in hand. It was $40.
i got good mirrors, and new grips, for my bike. one mirror fell out when it was idling, so i glued it back on; then the other one fell out on the highway....so i needed better mirrors....my old grips are gummy, so new ones. also getting some anti-dive fork valves this winter....very much looking forward to putting those in.
Outstanding comparison. Done with actual performance measurements. I expect Boom to send Yammie a free motorcycle in box with no stipulations that has a KTM 390 engine marked as a Boom 250 engine next.
Well, we learned a few things in this video. 1) the rebel is no speed demon. 2) It is reliable regardless of it being slower than old people screw. 3) It still beats the boom in every way. Thats a huge win for the Rebel!
No, not the last nail. You should totally race the Chinese bike on the track, but have him on the Rebel and you on the Chinese bike so you can get his feedback on the rebel by comparison after having had to ride the Chinese death machine on the track XD
They are really great at being transportation. If you want fast, get a sportbike. Dirt rider? Get a dual sport, or full dirtbike. You want a big cruiser, get a Goldwing. Those things are reliable, and are great transportation. Honda build quality, a good standard transportation bike. The 250 Ninja is lots Funner, lol.
I got a used 250 cc Dong Fang Ghost motorcycle last year as my first motorcycle. Great motorcycle to learn on. Great in the city. Sleek looking. However it's it's impossibile to find parts for. No mechanic wants to work on it. When sometime breaks it takes weeks fof a simple fix. Looking to upgrade to a Rebel. Something light weight and reliable
To be fair. The fact that the gauges are more or less 100% accurate than the Boom makes it a win. In Australia that Boom POS would never be allowed to be registered with the speedo out as badly as it was.
I've bought the Honda Rebel of my colleage last year and i like it quite a lot. She was the first owner. But it's not a 250. It's a 125cc version. They were build for Europe in the former Montessa factory in Spain. It still has a 2 cylindre engine with 11hp.
Papa yam, this is considered one of the fastest bikes in Africa Uganda, in fact I own one cb250 night hawk en I use it extreme offroad, en t handles great 😂
Honestly that was a great comparison 👏 with rational sound advice. And thanks cause I have looked at tons of knock off Chinese bikes thinking it can't be that bad. But at that price makes much more sense to just take my money to royal enfield instead
Not a sound comparison because not all Chinese motorcycle were tested. Why didn't he it against a Benelli, Lifan , or CFMoto motorcycle(s)? They are all Chinese made.
If you say so.. hear is a prime example of what you might get. My personal advice would be buy a harley. Not cause I'm a fan boy because it's literally the only manufacturer who has nation wide service. Good luck trying to find anyone who stocks Lifan parts
My 2010 rebel went almost 90 down hills. It was also brand new at the time with literally 1.5 miles on it when I got it. Great bike to start on or use as a gas saver. Not much else use from it unless you want the cheapest, easiest thing to work on yourself.
Definitely agree with I95 being the most dangerous. Been up and down the eat Coast and they only time i was genuinely scared while riding was on 95 out side DC. Back in the late 90's a truck that did strap stuff down well had a door fly off the bed right in front of me. It got picked up out of the bed by the wind at highway speed...
Dude, clean that air intake filter, and put some 93 octane gas in it. I have a 2014 CMX250C Rebel. I’ve had it pegged at 80 mph. I’m 230 pounds sitting on it too. Now I will say she gets a bit unsteady at 80 mph, but she’ll do it. I’d love to try and get my Rebel down to the Tail of the Dragon. I think it would be fun in the twisties there. My only complaint on the Rebel 250 is the seat is a little close. I’d like to move it back 2 inches. I’m 5’6”.
You may need to check the compression on that rebel. I have rode a 2014 Rebel for the last 8 years, and I drive highway @ 75-80 5 days / week. I put 10,000 on my first bike in 1 year. It got stolen last year (twice)! got it back both times, but I had already bought a new one (2015) with 24 miles on the odometer!
I'VE PUT 50K ON MINE, I HAVE GROUND THE FOOTPEG MOUNTING BOLTS TO A HARSH SLOPE BACK TO THE FRAME. IT IS BY FAR MY FAVORITE AS A 30 MINUTE COMMUTER. IF YOU RUN PIRELLIS AND IT WILL STICK TILL YOU GROUND THE FRAME.
The fine folks at Venom must be thrilled after offering to buy one positive review, not having to pay, and seeing you get a month's worth of content out of their "motorcycle". (I'm assuming that they re-released all of these in China with glowing praise dubbed in.)
I agree the rebel is a great bike for what it's designed.. a starter bike.. a small commuter bike around the city.. for a student to bop around campus on from class to class. Don't forget a lot of people are buying these little scooters and I think they'd be better served by buying a rebel and save some money too over a new scooter... Especially a crappy Chinese scooter.... I only Yamaha Royal Star 1300 the windshield saddlebags I love it for cruising on the highways and riding..BUT to run to the grocery store I have to muscle this 800 lb machine Fred Flintstone style back it out of the garage then back at sideways in the driveway so I can pull out.. it would be nice to have a little rebel to run to the grocery store on and take a little ride around town..
My first bike was from vennom motorsports. Df250rtg, the only issue I had with it was the brake light was too dim and turn signals. I immediately bought some upgrades how to do some wiring other than that no other issues drove it for about 11,000 miles had a single issue with it. Then went to the tu250x and sold the df250rtg. Tux was the best bike ever had hands down 😢 and i miss it. After all the time I’ve had on big bikes now… I want a small engine bike again
Soooo I have 99380 mi on my 06 Rebel. I have to have a vinyl sticker pretty soon to stick on the speedo.........+100k mi. Pretty good for something that only takes a quart and a half of oil.
It's charming to think that Boom offered Yam a free bike with a stipulation that nothing negative could be said about it. So, how's that working out Boom? LOL
It would be interesting to see Grom vs Boom on the track. I'm gonna guess that the Grom will win, purely due to it being a much more stable and confident bike.
I had the Honda cmx 250 1986 and it had a few mods and I'm 6 foot tall 89 kgs and I would ride it to work lean into a corner started wearing the foot pegs loved it I'm trying to get it back I'm now 65 and just want it for short drive around love the bike and fun to work on
there is the Honda Rebel 300 ABS, for 2025 now ....less cost, than the 500 twin...and it's a single cylinder, as you are used to. I noticed the Phantom 200 is no longer in production.
The CB125R has around the same power as the 250 rebel, I do like the rebel more, I don't really like those racing type bikes. I like the New Rebel 500 but too expensive for me, I don't like the speedo on the rebel 500 but I do like the display on the CB125R a lot more, the Rebel 500 should have stuck to a traditional speedo in my opinion. I'm going to get my bike gear tomorrow, need the full kit. Tuesday and Wednesday next week I start my IBT training here in Ireland and when I get my cert I can legally ride on the road as a learner. In my opinion I think the rebel 250 is fast enough for 2 wheels, I just want to experience the road another way and enjoy the countryside more.
I'd love to see you talk more about the Rebel 450. It's got about 5 seconds of screen time on your So You Want To Buy a Rebel video given that it kinda got lost in history There's very little info about it on RUclips - you'd be the man to do a killer review on it It'd be great to see a comparison to the 250, or even to the 300/500!
Hey Yammi is it ? iv got a suggestion ..how about doing a comparison between your little Reble 250 and compaire it to the Kymco Venox 250 ,id love to hear your thoughts ,what ya thinks ,and do the same tests your doing here as well as looks, comfort , the Venox has 28 hourse power and its has 19 torque.I tell ya i do not know why the Kymco Venox didnt do well in North Amarica. and the little Reble did so well for so long.
It's apples and oranges. New vs old. Huge difference in price brand new. That being said of course Japanese bikes are better quality all the way around. Sometimes people just want something new rather than buying someone else's headache. I don't judge either way as long as they are on 2 wheels I'm happy
I have a Venom x22r Max. It is a good little bike, gets me up to freeway speeds no issue, I get 80mpg. It cost me $3300. I don't have $5000 for a new Rebel.
Sorry dude. I'd rather walk. There are tons of better bikes on the used market for less money. You can literally close your eyes and pick one. Trade that thing off and see what you are missing.

The people at Venom motorsports have regretted their decision trying to reach out to Yam every time he uploads 😂
Good, fuck them they tried to buy Papa Yam like he was some sell out propaganda bullshitter but Papa ain't no Chinesecompany's bitch and I respect him for that, as I am sure other's do too.
All they had to do was tell him to only say good things about the bike and that was their biggest mistake
Im weak afff
They have no reputation to lose. I expect they sell more bikes just from having the price point mentioned a few times...

I am 59 years-old. I have found that the 250 cc class, whether motorcycle or scooter propels me down the road just fine.
You Might decide to keep it. It's always fun to ride around the neighborhood and backroads. Or make it into a bobber.
If you can, you might want to keep it when you get a bigger bike. For me it will always remain a fun back roads bike.

Today on YN, Yammie revisits all the nostalgia of the MSF course.
I ended doing the msf on a tw200 because all the rebels got taken
@@jakeedgell591 Same here. Those figure 8s were so easy on that bike
Up in Canada they usually use older CBR125r. Probably better than the boom as well
How is the seat comfort on Rebel 250? Thank you.
I will say my MSF we used Harley street 500s
That boom racing, is properly the best purchase you have ever made, sure its a shit bike, but all the content you get from that thing, is a big win ;)
If Hitler had a motorcycle... Boom!

Comparing the boom to the legendary gxsr 250 would have been far more impactful
😂😂😂😂😂👍🏻
I think the GSXR125 might beat the Boom.
Yeah, imagine a video where the gsxr isn't the laughstock.
I just spent US$1200 on a CBR250R MC-19, so much fun
Hell, they could even do a comparison on which goes it with more style when subjected to a flame thrower.
I'm literally looking at this exact model Rebel 250 for my first bike, thank you for this video! :) I really want a Rebel 500 but I might start out with this 250 just to throw around for a year or 2 while I save for the 500!
Start with the 500 you will outgrow the 250 in a matter of weeks
If this was the only motorcycle available we'd all be riding them with huge smiles on our faces.
Theyre very capable bikes theres no doubt. Not fast but that is a nimble unit. With the cost of gas, a rebel 250 would be an awesome commuter for the summer

I’ve got a silver 08 rebel 250 with 2,000 miles along with a GSXR 600 and a VTX 1300, the rebel is a very fun bike in town
I spent $400 on my 2001 rebel. It was running just fine, but I replaced some parts just in case. I'm into it about $1,500 and about $500 of that is cosmetic.
250cc Japanese bikes are quite good, I have a V-star 250 and I’ve added like 10,000 miles to the clock, pretty nice :)
Putting a steel braided brake line for the front would really increase the feel. The Honda Rebel was built to last. What do you think about seat comfort on the Rebel 250? Thank you.
Excellent video and I'm not surprised at the results because as you stated it's a Honda. 😁👍
Very insightful video and high quality as always with papa yams!
Don't ever sleep on the 250 Rebel. It's a beautiful classically styled motorcycle that will last longer than you! If you're looking for a budget commuter bike, this is it.
I love my rebel it was my first bike and I’m going to keep it as long as I can
I'm surprised by the slow 0-60 time on both these bikes!
I bought my rebel for 500 dollars . It was very clean but wouldn’t start. Cleaned the carb out a new battery started right up runs great
I've got a rebel I'm selling that's got 146 miles on it my wife got it new old stock and we just use it to introduce new riders it's got perfect paint and no miles I'm trying to get 1500 and every body here in Texas is like psshhhh 200 bucks and it's almost excellent condition it gets it's oil changed and services just doesn't get rode much lol
If I was near you, I'd buy it in an instant!
I've got a 2023 Kawasaki 230s. Battle Grey color panels. 200 miles.
Clean title. Will trade straight up for your rebel.
Yes!
Ahhh that bike takes me back to my days in the rider course. They were so easy to zip and whip around on. Nice little bikes actually.
Papa yam, this is considered one of the fastest bikes in Africa Uganda, in fact I own one cb250 night hawk en I use it extreme offroad, en t handles great 😂
Wait till you ride a magna..
At 12:25, the Honda motor is a 234cc twin if I remember correctly.
My 2010 rebel went almost 90 down hills. It was also brand new at the time with literally 1.5 miles on it when I got it. Great bike to start on or use as a gas saver. Not much else use from it unless you want the cheapest, easiest thing to work on yourself.
I did look at the Chinese cheap 250s... No way I would ever buy one with 250 Rebels for sale. Good presentation. Im sold. Done
I'ma get me a Rebel 2fity. Thanks Yammie!
I can’t imagine having started in such a wee little pea.
I didn’t get bored if my sv650 for at least a year
The fine folks at Venom must be thrilled after offering to buy one positive review, not having to pay, and seeing you get a month's worth of content out of their "motorcycle". (I'm assuming that they re-released all of these in China with glowing praise dubbed in.)
I concur. Thank you. 🇨🇦 🤠
I only Yamaha Royal Star 1300 the windshield saddlebags
I love it for cruising on the highways and riding..BUT to run to the grocery store I have to muscle this 800 lb machine Fred Flintstone style back it out of the garage then back at sideways in the driveway so I can pull out.. it would be nice to have a little rebel to run to the grocery store on and take a little ride around town..
Just got a 2003 Rebel for an old 6hp outboard and a pair of western boots. Best part is the bike only has 7800 miles
"It's better than walkin'"!!! What every beginner rider wants to hear about their new bike...
Can't wait to see this on the track
My rebel has 262292 kilometers on it, I have just finished rebuilding the engine and still using it till today.
Soooo I have 99380 mi on my 06 Rebel. I have to have a vinyl sticker pretty soon to stick on the speedo.........+100k mi. Pretty good for something that only takes a quart and a half of oil.
Gr8 comparison, gr8 analysis...😂😂😂
I picked up a 87 rebel 250 for 700$ only had 480 miles on it . I love the little bike I have more fun on it then I do my r6
Yam u gotta compare the boom 250 to a a 300cc scooter 🤣🤣 I have a kymco x town 300 scooter I think it'll out preform the boom in every way
It's charming to think that Boom offered Yam a free bike with a stipulation that nothing negative could be said about it. So, how's that working out Boom? LOL
🤣👍👍
My 1982 Honda CM250 Custom got 72 mpg and topped out at 72 mph also. Probably have several of the same parts on them.
42 years after an accident (wasn't my fault!) I recently got back into motorcycling with a Rebel. I love it!
rebel 250 was my MSF bike, was great to learn on!
I had a ‘95 nighthawk, it was awesome!
It would be interesting to see Grom vs Boom on the track. I'm gonna guess that the Grom will win, purely due to it being a much more stable and confident bike.
Looking at a 2006 now, thanks for this great review!
I had the Honda cmx 250 1986 and it had a few mods and I'm 6 foot tall 89 kgs and I would ride it to work lean into a corner started wearing the foot pegs loved it I'm trying to get it back I'm now 65 and just want it for short drive around love the bike and fun to work on
In mexico there is a chinesse brand named dinamo, it had a model the renegade 250 what is just s copy oaste of the honda engine
Comparing a cruiser with a sport style bike doesn't make any sense to me.
Once again, the BD-250-5 goes BOOM !
My first bike is a 2000 Honda rebel 250 and I agree it is a great starter bike
there is the Honda Rebel 300 ABS, for 2025 now ....less cost, than the 500 twin...and it's a single cylinder, as you are used to.
It's got about 5 seconds of screen time on your So You Want To Buy a Rebel video given that it kinda got lost in history
There's very little info about it on RUclips - you'd be the man to do a killer review on it
It'd be great to see a comparison to the 250, or even to the 300/500!
I was lucky enough to be assigned to a brand new 2023 G-310 in my msf because I was one of the tallest people there
Hey Yammi is it ? iv got a suggestion ..how about doing a comparison between your little Reble 250 and compaire it to the Kymco Venox 250 ,id love to hear your thoughts ,what ya thinks ,and do the same tests your doing here as well as looks, comfort , the Venox has 28 hourse power and its has 19 torque.I tell ya i do not know why the Kymco Venox didnt do well in North Amarica. and the little Reble did so well for so long.
Kind of want to see a race with all the different bikes venom sells see how long it takes before one blows up XD
Do the dyno tests!
It's apples and oranges. New vs old. Huge difference in price brand new. That being said of course Japanese bikes are better quality all the way around. Sometimes people just want something new rather than buying someone else's headache. I don't judge either way as long as they are on 2 wheels I'm happy
Chinese spy spotted!
Also I’ll take that clobbered Chinese bike for a starter bike anytime, I’m only a little desperate to win something 😂
I ride a shadow spirit 1100. I'm not parting with my 05 rebel 250 it's awesome too.
hat's thee gasoline used, regular or premium? I lot of the small gas stations do not pump premium
Now we need a final round with a Vstar 250 and a Gixxer 250 to see if boom beats anything at all
I have a Venom x22r Max.
How do y’all lift the Rebel to clean and lube the chain? Or do you just roll the bike and spray?
Sweeeet. My wife started out with a pretty candy apple Rebel. A very sweet bike. She outgrew it kind of fast.
that boom bd250 looks eerily the same as an old ninja 250 from my country
excellent vid!!
Great looking bike, good ride especially for small light people.
Never trust a bike who's name is a noise you don't want to hear from it.
- "Unkie" Phil Waters
There is one good quality about the boom... only one.
Its a living meme now.
Thats it... Thats all its good for...
