    You don’t have to give it up!! I know many menopausal & post menopausal women who still use it to help with their symptoms!!

      I am one of those women...lol. I was avoiding taking them and my hot flashes got so bad that they would start with extreme anxiety for no reason and then the hot flash would come on. I was getting them every 10 minutes and I couldn't sleep at all because of it. I started using progesterone cream twice a day and just a small amount of estrogen once a day. Within a week I felt like I had my engine rebuilt. I still get mild hot flashes every few hours but they don't control my life. And the anxiety is completely gone. Honestly, I think I was stressing over things that I thought were real for years and didn't realize it was my hormones. I've only been using them for a couple of weeks so I will still see improvements and will probably make adjustments. But this saved my life. If you ever have severe non stop hot flashes coupled with extreme anxiety you will know that it is going to affect your health and you need to do something.

    You don't have to give it up, you can use it for the rest of your life. Maybe you should even try a higher strength now to go into zen, if you feel hot flashes ect. You can also supplement with a little pregnenolone for the luteal phase. It gives you that calm feeling too. ❤️

      Pregnenolone is amazing highly recommend this. I wouldn’t personally go above 50 mg though I find 25 mg is just right for me and after initial dosing you actually only end up needing it once or twice a week. It is excellent.

      Try taking a DIM supplement. I’ve had acne for 17 years (I’m 29) and recently it started turning into cystic acne on my chin and neck. I started taking Smoky Mountain brand DIM from Amazon and did Keto and Intermittent Fasting for 3 months. I’m still doing Intermittent Fasting but am now doing more of a primal diet and taking DIM only when I think I’ll get a breakout (ie period or eating fried foods). I have ZERO cystic acne anymore!
      Recently my hair started falling out and am thinking it is hormone related. I just started using a progesterone cream hoping that I can get back to normal. Anyways I just wanted to share what helped me with my cystic acne. I know how painful it can be, physically and emotionally. I hope you find something that works for you!

    • @LivingLifewithaTWIST
      @LivingLifewithaTWIST  4 года назад

      I am sorry, I am just seeing this! Bless your heart! Cystic acne is usually genetic however there are treatments and careful cleansing that can help. I would get an allergy test to find out what is harmful to you and that should help to. In fact that is a must. You need to seek a Dr. that will listen to you and to what your body is saying. Keep talking and someone will listen! I know right now is a strange time. So look into tracking what you eat and your skin will tell you if you write it down and look for patterns. Hormones though are a mothertrucker!!! which is why I made this video. There are testing companies out there that do home swab tests but I could not afford it. I like this cream and have also incorporated Clary Sage into my life. I will say that you need to be careful if you are pregnant or trying to be preggers with that essential oil. Be Blessed darlin, I'm thinking of you!

      My advice is that you start taking collagen peptides combined with anti aging skincare. Unfortunately, as we age, we lose collagen & elastin. Meno pause due to hysterectomy or the natural progression of aging accelerates the loss. A lot of creams contain collagen, but consuming collagen is the most important 1st step. Also, check out Gua sha to get the lymph system moving in your face but also massage all over the body to remove toxins. I am fighting this fight myself! My heart goes out to you, and I hope some of my tips help you.
