How to Sharpen Scissors on the Twice as Sharp®

This is a quick overview of how to sharpen a pair of scissors on the Twice as Sharp® Scissors Sharpening System by Wolff Industries, Inc. This process consists of:
• Sharpening both blades on the sharpening stone
• De-burring
• Honing one blade
• De-burr
• Hone the other blade
• De-burr

I'm not getting a "Burr" after several passes, do I keep sharpening until I get a "Burr"? Thanks

What’s the best grit to have for the machine, and how do I know if the one I have is still in good condition?

The white sharpening wheel is 100 grit. You should just be able to true up the face of the wheel and it’ll be good to go!
