I have a2019 pp2 shadow black if your not tracking it shelve the cup2’s, I went with 285/35 ps4s’ on all 4 corners the car is now a dream to drive and still sticks like a son of a bitch when pushing it hard

@@quikcolin Haha! Yes Florida does have good weather besides rain 🌧 Funny thing is, I am a truck driver so I drive my car once a month 😅 got it May 10th 2020 it’s shy of 8k miles. Since the video all I’ve done is Ceramic the car and I just order a clutch spring from steeda, will do an install sometime this month. Hopefully there is a different and it makes it smoother.
@@quikcolin To answer the curb question : I always park in reverse when I have to park with nose in i alway leave like a foot of space 😂 driving on the road have only felt it sorta do a light rub but that’s because I was going a bit fast than usual. Always take the same route around my city I don’t try to test my luck.

Did is so surreal 🫢 well from what I remember I have paper work at my house. Tuned, JLT intake, Corsa Extreme Exhaust, Eibach Pro-kit lowering springs, Ford Performance shift knob, Michelin PS4S tires 305 Did three oil changes the car sat on the garage most of its time with me. In the video the car wasn’t ceramic .I did get it fully ceramic.

You could actually go with 325 in the back if you want to. Now the front tire will poke due to the agresive offset. So I would recommend a 285 front tire if you don't like the poke.
Thanks! So no I didn't need camber bolts or plates for the alignment. I did get it aligned once the shop installed the springs. Took it straight to Ford, It rides just like stock with all the modes still working like factory.
Great video! Did you have to cut your engine cover to install the JLT intake? Car sounds great by the way! By the way be careful being lowered and having those front tires sitting out so far, if you hit a hard enough bump you can catch the fender and bend the lip, my buddy did that on his GT by accident.
Hey JR thank you! So if I can recall the shop that did all my installs for the springs, intake, Exhaust. He called me and told me he could either cut the engine cover or the air intake box I believe he ended up cutting the box just a bit nothing crazy. I don’t have the car anymore, I miss it a times special shifting the manual transmission.

Hi Steve Congrats on your PP2 Super cool you got the last model year as it has been discontinued. With the Eibach Pro-Kit lowering springs the car rides just like stock. All the modes respond well and the car looks more agresive. The drop in the front is 22mm and 20mm on the back. Also make sure your lowering springs before you purchase them that it is compatible with your magneride, they sell them with or without it. Cold Air intake has not voided my warranty. Are you still running the Cup 2 ?

@@Timetaker1000 I switched out my cup 2s for the ps4s as well. I had the 4s on my 2018 GT pp1 and when I got the pp2 I had already seen the reviews about the tires and instantly swapped out. Not before nearly killing myself a couple times in the rain. Even when it was dry and slightly cold the cup 2s had zero traction.

Hey so ever since I got it tuned I do feel the car more responsive you will notice a difference from stock . Definitely worth it, I would recommend getting it. What do you plan to do to the car performance wise ?

Got a question about the lowering springs… my 2020 gt isn’t a pp2 but I bought some pp2 wheels and tires so the fronts poke out a little bit. Is there anything to be worried about when lowering it like the tires hitting the fenders on bumps?
When I decided to lower the car I had no issues in the front or back took a nasty bump once nothing happened besides the loud noise of impact. You should be good, now I live In Florida where the roads are good and flat for the most part. Obviously: entering a business with a steep incline got to enter sideways. Always pay attention to the roads level specially sometimes at lights in the intersection where it can slope down for a bit. Honestly I could not see myself lowering a car lower than that IMO
So lowering it will come down to personal preference. The car is just fine how it is from ford. With the springs that I went with I have not scratched my Leno chin 🤣 so just how I have it at the moment it's safe As for the PS4S it will eliminate 85% - 90percent of the Tramlining They ride much comfortable and will last you a good 20k- 25k miles I've heard more than that

@@dontgetsalt2045 I feel you there with the cup 2s. It’s hilarious & at times annoying when you just want to relax and cruise around. I would say with the PS4S tram-lining is reduced by 85-90% it’s very unnoticeable. As far as grip loss PS4S on regular street will always have better grip than Cup2s where they shine is on the track remember that tire needs to be heated properly in order to do what it’s designed for. the PS4S they are very versatile Wet, Dry, cornering, braking on the wet amazing.

Did the Eibach lower it even on both sides...I got the Steeda springs for the mag ride and one side is higher.

Did the PP2 come with the Tremec? Also why did Ford decide to delete the spoiler on the PP2?
Mines had the MT-82 only the GT350 had the tremec and now the Mach 1. I have no idea why did deleted the spoilt on the PP2

Yes it does. I bought the Corsa extreme with active exhaust is a bit more expensive, but you retain all of your exhaust modes
