Very good lecture. I had tibia plateau fracture and had surgery about 9 weeks ago. They put bone graft, plates and screws. I thought it was direct healing because they used plate and screws. When I went for last X-rays at 6 weeks post op it showed partial interval callus formation. It was a comminuted fracture to begin with. Does that mean it is secondary healing. Can secondary healing go on with orif?
