The fireplace is a really good addition to that home look. Love the smell of the home build that goes with the new clean look. Looking good as the build goes forwards.
It looks very nice, a professional job. The windows in the living area appear not to have any opening/closing ability. Where l live in Canada they have to be able to open and a person fit through by code incase of fire. As you say that fireplace is a very nice feature.
Having the motion sensor light in the closet is a great idea. The Red Guard is a superb product. It contains the water and prevents it from getting where you don't want it.
Would you mind recording yourself installing the trim box for the bedroom window? I think I know what you mean but I'd be interested in seeing it done. Thanks!
I would happy to but window is already trimmed I am trying to record more work on the site but keep the job moving forward so don’t record as much as I would like to

There is egress in the bedroom and was a existing space. We also could not install egress windows in the living room space because of lot set backs
The basement is coming along nicely
... Wider baseboard would really have set the basement of nicely and would be worth the price differential.
