We are staying overnight at one of the best hotels in Japan. This is Daisen Sando Hotel Itadaki, located at the foot of Mount Daisen in Tottori prefecture. Various dining options are available at this hotel. Today we decided to make use of the full kitchen and cook dinner and breakfast ourselves.

This hotel is more like an apartment that you would live in for a long length of time. I have never stayed in a hotel like this. I would love to stay here for at least a week. I’m really enjoying your travels and eating all the different types of food. ❤️😍👵🏻🇺🇸

In awe with the cooking and dining tools they offer, it has everything! And those knife-work though, didn't know you guys got the skill. Always love watching your videos it's like I was actually there doing the vacation. Oh how I miss vacation, I'd patiently wait for my husband to have his day-off until the end of the year. For now I'm doing the vacation through your videos, and so thank you very much for this, I feel relaxed. I wish we can go to Japan someday.

How peaceful and serene. Such a beautifully appointed room with every amenity you could want. And the view! That was a spectacular sunset and, I must add, the twinkling city lights in the quiet night were magical. Both your dinner and your breakfast looked delicious--so fresh, clean, nutritious, and made with local ingredients. It must have been lovely for you and Satoshi to work together in that spacious kitchen. I know how restful that night was for you both--I hope you do go back next year for a longer stay. This all looks so wonderful. A wonderful place, a delicious meal, a wonderful view, and someone special to share it with. It doesn't get much better than that. I was supposed to go on a group trip this past October but it was pushed forward to October 2023. 1 week with the group and 1 week on my own. I enjoy your videos as they give so many wonderful ideas. The hotel and your room are beautiful! The plan of the apartment is a little awkward though - in my opinion, it’s strange to have the beds right up against the kitchen.

i'd soooo go there holy hell!!!! looks so nice!!! wish i lived in japan tbh. but ehhh can't afford to move, plus can't learn languages at all xD. wish i had money to go there to vacation at least but nope i'm screwed on that one. xD

Is there a way I could turn off the caption? I want to just watch and enjoy and not have to read and be distracted. Don't get me wrong, I love these videos and all of Shinichi's videos. "Travelgeek" does the same thing (all kinds of Japan hotels, eateries, trains, etc. videos) with constant subtitles throughout the video BUT you can turn of the "cc" so that you can just watch and not being forced to read the subtitles
