I have made the pork belly burnt ends and they are delicious. That’s exactly how I make them except I do put brown sugar in them, but I’m not going to next time and I love the idea about the boneless ribs. I watch your channel all the time you present it very well, everything always looks delicious

My only concern with doing the pork belly like that is that there will be just too much fat. I know that fat is flavor but I don't like really fatty bacon so how does this compare in that way? If the fat is nicely rendered that's fine but does it have a soft/fatty mouthfeel at all?

It’s definitely got more fat that spare ribs, but I’ll tell you all 4 of us ate plenty of it any enjoyed! you could shave a little down if you wanted
