- My family and I have lived in our new apartment for two months now and after finally settling in, cleaning and doing the finishing touches its ready for the word to see. The apartment is in the city of Changsha where we live; it’s 150 square meters big and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan living room and dining room, kitchen, laundry room and a balcony.

Little baby is awake, so cute, watching you speaking while filming. "Dad whom are you talking to?"
The moment was so cute when you were filming your baby and he was still sleeping then you took the camera away and took the camera back to him he was smiling to you!! Im surprised how cheap are apartments in china if you don't live in the city centre
Cute little baby! But you woke him up so now you're in trouble. Thanks for sharing this tour of your new place. I think your old apartment was cool, with that balcony, but this one makes a lot more sense day-to-day for your growing family. Good choice to move.
Nice sized apartment. 3 bedrooms with 2 baths are definitely more suitable for a family. This apartment is nice, just lacking the balcony area, which in your previous apartment, was plenty ^_^
I enjoyed seeing your baby l! Adorable 🥰
Lovely. Baby is super adorable!
Baby has lots of great hair already ! Adorable x
Is it normal to have a nanny in China ? The Apartment so cool
Usually, the mother of the husband or wife will live with the couple. If both spouses work then one can hire a many for around 800 USD a month. The many will live with the family or sometimes goes back home in the evening.
@@curious7188 thank you for responding I love different culture and I think that is awesome ❤️ wish they had more people like that for child care in the states ❤️
@@aubreesummerhays2616 I also like learning about new cultures. I saw your vids about your small dog. Very cute.
Hi, whats with the bars at the windows?
And the baby stole my blanket! 😅... Have the same pattern blanket right here in Romania! ... lol 🤭🤭🤭 the one with squares!
Thanks for the tour. Do you ever hear the neighbors? Would you get complaints if you started playing drums or hosting loud parties?
So interesting.beautiful baby.
It's a great apartment....Congrats! Why is the sky always so grey in China?
There are two reasons why the sky is grey the main reason is that its very damp and always naturally cloudy, there is some pollution. Pollution and water vapor mix to create more fog.
@@curious7188 Thanks! I don't know if I could live there. . I need some blue skies and some sun at least half of the time. Very windy where I live, so no place is perfect!
@@patdonnelly9392 It depends on the city
Very cool!!
Dankie Oom.
Is this the same apartment complex you were living in before?
Maybe you can download some house software. I just searched that community. A $450 house is much larger than these two houses and the environment is better.
Thanks I'll check it out.
A verry big bedrooms and cheap in pay alot more in the Netherlands
Your accent. Are you perhaps South African?
Yes, good guess.
@@curious7188 So distinct! Hello fellow South African🇿🇦. Let me subscribe!
what's your baby's name?:)
Hello baby.
I’ll be your nanny
How long do these tall buildings last? aren't you afraid one day it might collapse?
Buildings get built and destroyed often. They don't build things with the intent to last forever. When a building is too old or unsafe the government will buy your house and destroy the building.
Never seen a sunny day in China… I’m beginning to think it never happens. Looks like endless air pollution.
