That’s neat. It’s been a sec since you’ve toured the QRC shop; neat to see the chasis subo.
The vibrations the O2 sensors are seeing in the exhaust is because of the way the 2 stroke pipe was designed. It creates a pulsation that helps with the intake of the air fuel mixture to bring in more of a “gulp” to make more power
You got it! My friend put in over 2000 hrs of fab work into one Nascar muffler. Talk about top secret, scavenge luvers, polished surfaces, and dimpled surfaces. What happens when you give race people a single part! Lol.

Does he monitor atmospheric conditions/corrected air, and give you those figures so you can tune off of them for changing track locations and weather conditions? Nice looking set-up and great for breaking in fresh motors.

All respect Tanner , Karts are cool for the beging of racing career but you and sister need place all your energy in the sprint cars , there is not enough time to split your efforts. lots of sprint car races going on now, get back out with the outlaws nothing will speed you up more than running with those guys.
Respectfully, I would disagree. Have you noticed the purse that the sprints are paying where Tanner lives? The kart payout is much more. Plus over the Winter, Kart racing keeps your racing skills sharp. Many successful Sprint car drivers have come up from the Kart ranks.
@@frankdanfelt7059 Again with respect midgets sprint cars are the next step up after karts, Tanner and sister do not have the personal and funds to run in multiple directions did you ever here of the saying do one thing right ! if he wants race kids in carts do it full time and do not distract from carts with sprint car.
Yeah I'm not going to lie I think it's ridiculous that y'all are chassis dynoing in a beginner category. I don't care if that's the level of competition, they're still a "micro" category and should be used as a driver development ladder, not a legitimate source for competition to have massive budgets towards.

@Gp2r450 not around here in the midwest. Karts are for kids. Real drivers drive full-sized cars, if you run micros around here you're probably cherry picking.
