January 8-11

My meals for days 8 and 9 were not recorded because we had mostly Chef Boyardee and left overs that were in the fridge.
On January 10th I made my not so home-made thin spaghetti with alfredo sauce and meat balls.
On January 11th I made an awesome layered strawberry cream cheese French Toast "lasagna" . I recorded it from start to finish. Unfortunately the battery was low and so the flash wasn't working and it was so dark you couldnt see anything. I was very disappointed but will re-make the recipe in the next few days and make sure my battery is fully charged so the flash will work this time.
