Same with the gen 4 impact from milwuake for small screws only impacts at the end surge impact with bigger fastners just like the gen 4 might as well go with the gen 4 than the surge surge isnt as powerfull i guess if you are onlt doing small fastners surge is good but its more expensive
@@mowork8468 A regular impact is like hitting the end of a wrench with a hammer, a hydraulic impact is like putting a cheater pipe over the wrench and giving it a bunch of half-second tugs. Both will tighten the fastener, but one has torque on the fastener for a longer duration.
It is absolutely about sound. Try running both in a bathroom or kitchen cabinet install and I promise you that by the second screw you’re reaching for a hydraulic.
Nope. Every other chanel shows the real numbers and the dewalt absolutely destroyed the Milwaukee. Only thing Milwaukee has is less noise by a hair and less vibration but with that comes alot less power
Isnt the milwaukee quiter on smaller nails then since it barely has to impact to set the screw in only at the very end does it impact slightly.

870 is really quiet
Hydraulic is not about sound.

But weren't they comparing against the Milwaukee Hydraulic? Not the standard Fuel impact like shown here?
