अगर periods 3-4 days से ज्यादा जा रहे हो तो किसी Doctor को Consult करे। Doctor आपको Sonography करने के लिए बता सकते है। इसमें Uterus का size देखा जाता है।

अगर HMB normal हो तो Mirena नाम के एक Hormonal Device का use किया जाता है। यह body के अंदर Progesterone release करता है। Doctor कुछ बाते और बताएँगे जब Mirena आपको suit करने लगेगा।
