I am a firm believer in products like this working honestly it does take more than whats recommended iv used motorkote and hot shots fr3 but i use about double the recommended dose and i can tell u both increased my mpg by a few mpg so when u consider that i get 20 mpg with regular motor oil and 22 with both additives roughly , thats a 10% increase which is pretty impressive now i didnt really pay much attention after about 1500 miles on both oil changes my guess is they both probably loose some labricity after dilution and oil break down but just from what i saw they do work

    I have a Ford F-350 6.2l.
The truck shop replaced the oil pump without priming it before I got the truck and told the owner it would need a new motor.
When I got it, it idled fine and oil pressure would drop off at 1500 rpm.
I fixed the problem by using an air gun and a pressure regulator fixed to 60psi.
I have oil pressure now and the truck runs and idles so much better.
But there definitely is some engine damage from the previous repair.
I’m going to try this stuff and use 3x the amount that they recommend for excessively worn engines.
Very curious to see how it will work.
I watched a video recently where this guy tried multiple small engines with multiple oil additives.
Then emptied the oil bone dry and ran them till they blew up.
Marvel mystery oil addictive blew first,
Then Lucas, followed by the controlled engine with just regular engine oil @7 minutes without oil and prolube lasted 5 minutes longer than the controlled experiment.

Dang brother that sucks! I really haven't noticed any kind of difference but I see alot of their videos where they have a little test rig setup that puts alot of pressure on some bearings and the Prolube helps big time... however I also saw a video that kinda proved if you only add the recommended amount it barely makes a difference. I think you're on the right track by using a shitload more than they recommend. I wish you the best of luck brother!

Its 2oz to a Quart. Our HEMI takes 7qrt...So 2x7...you shouldve put 14oz. I used the $30 16oz the whole bottle. Which still not enough.

Yeah it def takes way more than they recommend! That was like 7 months ago and I haven't noticed a difference. I cringe when I watch my older videos. They are so slow paced, I've learned alot this year lol, thanks for watching.

@@FixLife119 I recommend you put the 16oz can on a NEW oil change. Do not use on oil that already been run on. You wont notice a difference untill your 3-4th oil change. But take it from me, a daily Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler/RAM tech, you are using a good product. Ive done: Lucas.Marvel.Royal Purple.BGE FOA and Prolube tops its. And i have 126k on my HEMI.

@@7UpYors I have about 135k on mine, no tick yet. I change the oil frequently and now using the ProLube. I think with my tuner it might have disabled the MDS too so that may help. I'll use more when I change the oil this time. Thanks for the tip!

    Can you say snake oil.

Very well could be. They have lots of videos on Tiktok stressing bearings with just about every kind of oil before and after adding their product. If it's not trickery then it's pretty impressive. They have lots of positive reviews too, so that's why I wanted to try it. I also added an ounce or so to my front and rear diff's but I didn't notice anything get quieter (I have a deceleration whine coming from somewhere) so inconclusive again.

I used prolube b4 n i didnt feel a diffrence. Now bestline i can feel the vehicle feel way less friction going on. It seems to glide,

That's cool. I didn't really notice a difference when I put it in. Still not sure if I do. Wish I could put it in my transfer case but it takes some really specific formulation (supposedly). From the digging I've done you need to add alot more than what they say, which makes it kind of expensive, but can you really put a price on friction? lol. When ProLube does those impressive tests, they seem to have a very high concentration of prolube.

Yes, prolube did a clip with bestline n it showed that bestline did extremely well. But the n they said that with prolube you didnt have to use as much as bestline recommends which is 2 onces per quart
