    I’m only 2 years late in becoming a fan, but loved watching your Fredricksburg visit. It’s inly an hour away from our home so we try to visit several times each year. Hopefully you were able to get some wonderful German food while there to compliment David’s WB feast 🤣

    Roses attract aphids away from the grape vines. Used to live in Paso Robles and most of the vineyards there did the same thing

    Great to see you in Fredericksburg but sorry you struggled with the virus! We've been there twice and will go back again the next time we go south. The German food is great as is the War in the Pacific museum!

    I have the same challenge with parking spaces. I got a wide space in Bend Oregon and it took me three tries to get it in the right spot for the slide and utilities. Go Figure!!

    If you ever find yourself in shelbourne New Hampshire that's not far from Mount Washington and just outside Gorham check out white birches campground their pull throughs are so big you could fit your entire rig with plenty of room for your smart car in front of it! It is our favorite campground in the the North.

      Hey Linda, hope you're doing well. It was the Gulf of Mexico and the temps were really nice. Some days were a little breezy but very nice. We did not go swimming as it wasn't THAT nice! Lol. Our spot was near Galveston in that vicinity. Aloha

    Sondra - been meaning to comment after what seems like hundreds of videos that I am enjoying. Your hair looks best in a pony tail in the episodes.
    For more formal occasions it would look good in a French Twist. Just my opinion because I don’t think you are able to spend much time in front of a mirror.

      Lol.. thanks! So in the earlier videos where my hair is down, that was before 70% of my hair fell out when I went 5 days in a row with a 102°+ fever from Covid. My hair was so thinned out I had to put it up in a hair clip. My hair is growing back but the ends are super frizzy on the end half inch and looks weird. I figure in 6-9 months it will be grown out back to normal so I can wear it down again. But I've gotten so used to it being up and out of my face I'll probably still keep it in a hair clip! Thanks for watching and your comment! 😍

    Another question . Sundra you take a ton of pictures. What do you do with them , do you go back and look at all of them again.

    • @bigtruckbigtravels
      @bigtruckbigtravels  10 месяцев назад +1

      Great question, Charles. Sondra files all her pictures on a separate hard drive and will use them for various reasons. Some she will print for her journal, some go into our video, a few are used to help us to remember certain items we want to do in the future and we'll look back as well. Fun to do.

    I was watching some of the old videos and I was wondering if you had an app to find the Rig Washing places across the country. Please advise.

    • @bigtruckbigtravels
      @bigtruckbigtravels  Год назад +1

      Hey Ruth, normally we check out the Blue Beacon website and see their closest locations. Most of the time there is a billboard advertising a truck wash at the "next exit". Sometimes we'll Google "Truck Wash" in a particular city and see what pops up. Then we'll call if we don't recognize the name to be sure.

    Do you get your actual passport stamped when you go to National Parks and monuments? Or do you just have a special stamp book for those places?

    • @bigtruckbigtravels
      @bigtruckbigtravels  Год назад +1

      NO, you definitely DON'T stamp your Passport. Sondra stamps a piece of paper so she can put it in her bullet journal. They do sell actuall National Park "passport" books you can stamp though. Thanks for the comment and watching the channel.
