The Crystal Movers for the T3 shuttle used to be much faster back in around 2011 until CAAS reduced the speed sometime in 2014 and now they are so slow. They also changed the announcements around the same year for all the Skytrains.

Terminal 4 isn’t linked to the other terminals so you should catch the free shuttle service to get to T4. The shuttle service is available in the public and transit area.

If the Skytrain has just left then running on the travellators will most likely be the best option.
