Not sick at all. Cards come as cards come no matter what the odds say for the long run. Brad bet big!!! Ivey KNOWS Brad is strong because the bet made it OBVIOUS. When Ivey chose to go all in knowing Brad was strong that was an easy fold for everyone except Brad. Brad is forgetting the basics of poker. Brad is a great player with loads of new information entering his brain every day but he is letting the old ( basic) information leak out. EASY FOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!
@@albertforletta1498nah, given what Joe said after Phil’s 5-bet, he would only have AA, AK or KK. Given that he folded, it’s likely AK.
Then, knowing he himself has AK, there’s only 1 combo of AA left while there are a lot more AK combos left. And since it’s Phil, there is always a slight chance that he could be making a play with a pair like QQ.
Far better to call. He just got coolered.

If Ivey had pocket Deuces then Brad would still be calling with the worse hand. I know AK is only a slight underdog, but still it is an UNDERDOG against any pair. You saw the same betting action that Ivey saw. Ivey knew his opponents were strong, yet he still went all in. EASY FOLD. BASICS. A bad fold is better than a bad call!!! BASICS!

I’ve met Ivy in Las Vegas one time. No big entourage or anything around him. All I said was “hey it’s Phil Ivy” he turned around when he heard me. I said “you’re the man.” He said “thanks man.” Gave me a fist bump and we talked for like 5 mins but man that guy was down to earth.

Last time I had AA over AK non-suited with over $6k in the pot pre-flop, AK non-suited made the flush and won.
One time I was in the 3rd place, final table and AK cracked my Aces with a set of Kings on the flop...ended up losing just outside the bubble

@@independantcrypto4323 Exactly. I laughed hard, and I was hoping that Brad would fold AK. With that betting action, I have to assume my opponents are strong, Ivey is extremely strong. I would have to suspect that Ivey has a pair, any pair even deuces, and that would mean an easy fold for ME. BASICS of poker; A bad fold is better than a bad call.
