Def Leppard is my favourite band. Photograph is the greatest rock song of all time IMO. Stands the test of time. And one of the most underrated bands. But this is the first time I’ve actually seen Joe Elliot do an interview. Quite illuminating. Hearing him speak of other artists was quite interesting. He really is much more cerebral and critical of other bands than I imagined. Didn’t know about the X album. Maybe I will have to check it out in ITunes.
Joe Elliot calling out Poison is hilarious. First of all, Poison doesnt sound anything like Def Leppard. For once Poison's songs have dynamics.... And fast forward to 2022: The Stadium Tour is in fact a mish mash of 80s hard rock era featuring Poison, Motley Crue and Def Leppard.
