Have to agree, I’m not a big fan of the new type decals. Hope Eduard / special hobby revert back to the traditional style of decal. Even though the new type, once the carrier film is removed, does look very nice. Keep up the good work 👍
Oh God I'm really jealous I really want this kit I've got a AZ 109 g 14 in 1/72 with a load of photoetch to cram in I'd like this so I've both ends of the 109 the E to the G what are the decals like ? all the best Mark

just one question about this kit: Being from special hobby, is it as awfully bad as its "cousin", the Buchón model ?
It isn't bad at all, it's excellent. Basically Eduard quality
You can also use Tamiya masking tape to rip the film off the decal. No problems I have tried it. Just let the decal sit overnight.
I may try that next time I use any. I do have the Eduard Spitfire Mk1 which also has them.
What setters/softeners did you use with the decals?
Being honest, I don't remember exactly ...... but I normally use Tamiya Mark Fit and Gunze Sol/Set as a default.
